The people working there are extremely nice and helpful. I received amazing service and they were understanding of the stupid problems I faced because of Apple’s regulations and update bugs.

We are traveling, passing through Lafayette. Our laptop stopped working and our warranty expires before we get home. The staff, especially Brett the manager, went out of their way, spending a long time on hold with Apple, to be sure Apple had it documented that the problem occurred before the warranty expired. I can’t say they fixed the problem because the problem will be dealt with when we get home. But I was extremely impressed by the courtesy and the lengths to which they went to help me. If I lived here, they would get all my Apple business.

After leaving my MacBook Pro for four days and $ 163.00 they still could not fix my computer.
Took my MacBook Pro to the Real Apple Store Genius Bar and they fixed it for FREE in 35 minutes.
Never again will I go to The Orchard. Sorry guys!

The Orchard saved me a drive go Baton Rouge. Fixed my iMac in house under my AppleCare warranty. They are approved by apple to fix computers under the Apple warranty so AppleCare is not voided. They were also able to back up all my data before the repair so I didn’t loose anything. They even offer loaner computers while yours is being repaired.
