Dr. Nakamura is amazing! My dentist originally referred me to another oral surgeon who had no available appointments. After being in horrible pain all weekend I couldn’t wait any longer. I Found Dr. Nakamura through my insurance carrier, knew nothing about her and couldn’t have been happier! The office was double booked (even through lunch) but because I was in so much pain they said I could come and they would squeeze me in. The office is so clean and updated, seriously the best dentist office I’ve seen. The staff was all friendly and professional. And the Dr. was so amazing! I am so afraid of any dental procedures and she made it relaxing and I was very confident in her abilities. She even called me at home a few hours later to check on me! I would 100% recommend her and this office!!!

If you need oral surgery I highly recommend Dr. Nakamura. My dentist referred me to her for an implant. I was so anxious to have my tooth removed but she gave me a prescription to take to relax me before the procedure and made sure to reassure me. The entire staff are excellent and reassured me throughout the procedure. Dr. Nakamura was very gentle and made me feel at ease.

I was referred to Dr. Nakamura and am still counting my blessings for finding her. She’s fantastic. She’s very careful with her patients & genuinely concerned with her patients well-​bring and comfort. I went to see her after a horrible experience with a previous oral surgeon. The level of service her and her staff provides is superb. I’ve told friends and family that the experience was more like a spa experience than «dentist/​doctor» visit, no joke. They play soothing music, offer lavender scented eye masks to help relax you & the office is very pretty & spa-​like; modern, clean & welcoming. She has a new-​age approach to «dentistry”/oral surgery. When it comes to mouth surgery, you don’t want to skimp or go to just anyone. She’s well worth the drive wherever you may live in the Bay Area.

I have seen Dr Nakamura on two occasions. Yesterday she and her staff went out of there way to take care of my tooth that needed to come out. Because of the holiday tomorrow she and her staff agreed to give up their lunch time to fit me in. My regular dentist had attempted to pull the tooth, but was unsuccessful, so it was kind of a mess. I can’t say how much i appreciated their help to get it taken care of.

Just saw Dr. Nakamura and thought she and her staff would great. She seemed very knowledgeable and kind. Their office is also beautifully renovated which is a plus. They were kind enough to squeeze me in on short notice. Thank you!

Both of my son’s had their wisdom teeth out here this year. Dr. Nakamura is an exceptional Dr who explained the procedure to my son’s as well as my questions. The consultation took as long as the procedure. She is very good at her craft and had both boys in and out within an hour. The time she took explaining everything as well as the pamphlets assisted us when we got home. Compared to when I had my W. Teeth removed my boys were in minimal pain, shorter procedure, quicker recovery from anaesthesia and they got to keep their teeth;-)

I’ve had 2 surgeries with Dr. Nakamura so far and so far I’m planning to have 1 more littler operation with her. I keep driving an hour to go to her location because I think her surgeries are the best quality I’ve ever experienced and I’ve had about 8 other oral surgeries with other doctors in the past.
It seems that her staff, facilities and of course quality of work is the best so I just want to encourage people by letting them know if they need oral surgery that my review is with out any biases and I also want to thank her and her staff. I’m ooking forward to coming back here which is not something people usually say about oral surgery.
1 particular main example is that her sedation to put people to sleep is the best! I usually wake up and I’m sick for a whole day or longer mainly with nausea. With her anesthesia I actually feel fine an hour or two after surgery so that’s one reason I keep going back.
