Burger King

Probably the worst BK food experience I ever had. I was nice to give it 2 stars because my son had no complaints with his food. My food, however, was a different story.
We ordered our food from the drive-​thru. The employee who took our order did not sound professional at all. When we arrived to the window to pay, we were told that our food was not ready because they just started cooking the chicken (my chicken sandwich, and my son’s chicken nuggets) and we would get our food fresh. We were then asked to pull up, and someone would bring our order to us.
After a few minutes, our order was brought out by an employee who appeared as though he or she (I couldn’t really tell) didn’t want to be there, and didn’t want to bring our food.
I opened the bag, and there were several carelessly crumbled up napkins on the top.
Once we got the food back to our hotel, I unwrapped my chicken sandwich to find it extremely greasy, and so full of mayo that it literally soaked through the bun! It was disgusting!
I informed BK about this on a survey, and I did get a call from the district manager to apologize for the poor service. That meant a lot, but I don’t know if I will go to another BK in the near future…

Food is what you’d expect. Playground is large with nice seating area outside that’s covered (shade!).
