El Morro Beach Mobile Home Park

There’s a state campground here now, although not on the ocean side. If you’ve stayed at the El Moro Campground, please provide a review.

Its sad to even write a review for a place like this. The 5 stars would be ten before the state tore this place down. Before the state evicted everyone and tore it down, it was one of the top revenue producing parks for the state. The trailers had been there for decades. A beautiful oasis in a sea of million dollar houses and pomp. A favorite surfing spot with the locals, beaches full every summer day.
Now its desolate, has been for a decade, and looking at the state, will be for another decade. I hope you got what you wanted state of california, now no one can use it and given the revenue that was lost, had to lay of hundreds of employees.
