RBC One is a really cool pilates studio on the upper level of Forest Ave. Mall in the heart of downtown Laguna. The studio is a refreshing, cheerful, bright space that makes it fun yet relaxing to work out in, and occupies the former Aspiring Motion studio space.
The studio has all the key pilates machines like the reformer & features a gyrotonic machine that creates very fluid movements, sort of like swimming but without water.
They offer private instruction with instructors that are all very fit and knowledgeable, and tailor instruction to your comfort level. RBC One is very community-​focused, and offer a sign-​up sheet for those who’d like to partner with another to share the cost of a semi-​private session.
The RBC One concept offers complete wellness, including physical, mental & emotional. In addition to Pilates, they also feature personal & professional life coaching to articulate your goals and to help you move forward in achieving what you want in a positive way.
