Bikram Laguna Beach Yoga

My fiancé and I have been practicing Bikram Yoga all over the country and we absolutely love the Laguna Beach location. If you have the opportunity to take a class go here !!! The location is fantastic with ocean view and the studio is always clean.
I personally love Patrice’s classes. She is so helpful and is always trying to guide you to have the best class you can possibly have each time. I have noticed my postures have come so far just with the few pointers she’s given me along the way. I practiced for 5 years at the Fort Lauderdale Florida location which I loved but it’s nothing compared to a class in Laguna. I have found that all the instructors in Laguna are very knowledgable and helpful during the practice. They are all great !
My mom, aunt and cousin all do Bikram in Larchmont, New York and I can’t wait for them to come visit and take a class in Laguna Beach. I’m sure they will rave after how fabulous it was l.

I want to tell everyone what a wonderful studio this is and that I love and value and miss so many of you. I would highly rec. this studio to others. Its wonderful and the teachers are so talented and great. I miss you all and invite you to call me if you know me as I wish I were there with you. The best I can say is that there was a misunderstanding between my roommate and the owner and I am no longer allowed in although I am not sure what happened. The purpose of this is not blame, but love. No matter what… you’re it for me and I adore and miss those of you that I am close to. Holding in my feelings will not help… yoga taught me that. Hands down the best studio around! Treat yourself. .Go as you will NOT be disappointed. Sundays with Frank at 10:00 is an amazing addition to my Sunday routine!

NEW FLOORS AND NO STINK!!! The carpet is no longer at the studio. I mention this because I was reading the reviews on here and there are a lot of complaints about the stinky nasty carpet. Well they recently removed the carpet and replaced it with a new special floor that does not smell or collect any fluids. Plus they upgraded and remodeled the studio. Looking good!
They just added the 60 min «power hour» class to the schedule and I love it tons because I save a half an hour off of the regular 90 min class. You still do all 26 bikram posture. Awesome! Plus they just added yoga classes for kids.
The management and instructors are all really super nice. Yes the style of yoga is different from other styles of yoga but that’s what makes Bikram! It’s not just this studio, it is across the board. If you have any limitations, communication is key. If they don’t know, they can’t help guide you. Believe me, I know for I am working through my own back issues. Just breath.
Side note, for the record I have never seen any bugs in the studio and I’ve been going to this studio for almost 5 years for 4 – 7 days a week.
The best part that I’ve never seen at any over studio, jumping into the ocean right after class with my classmates and instructor.
I love my Bikram family. Stick around and you’ll love them too! See you in class, I prefer the mornings. Don’t be a stranger. Cheers!
