They are too busy for your money. I have called and spoken to them on two occasions and have levy voicemail at least four other times in the last month. I wanted to swap my rear Dana 35 for a Dana 44. All I needed was a price quote and they told me they had to do some research and would call me back. No call back and more VM left with once again no response.
If you need work done, they certainly did not have time for me, good luck getting them to call you back.
Very disappointed.

Went here over 1 year ago and met with the owner Mike. He showed us around the shop and really heightened my interest in a Jeep. Fast forward to this past weekend and off a simple phone call asking about their Jeep inventory Pete & Tyler invited me in to check out an ’84 that just came on the lot. After a test drive, some questions and a few requests/​upgrades I walked away stoked and very happy about picking up my Jeep CJ. The prices are very fair for what you get and you walk away knowing you’re getting the real deal from trusted experts in this field. I am looking forward to picking up my new Jeep!

We researched quite a while when looking for a jeep for my daughter. I had always dreamed of getting a jeep and was excited that my daughter was going to get one. She fell in love with a sweet looking 1988 jeep. Had chrome front bumper, chrome step bars, and a unique paint job. We visited Larry and test drove the jeep. He claimed that he had installed all new parts and the jeep was practically brand new inside. I asked him if it was realistic for my daughter to drive it as an everyday vehicle as it was so old. He said it would be fine and a great car for her. We paid in cash and drove away. Not four months later the jeep broke down and we brought it back. Larry said the tie rods that were the problem were not covered under her limited warranty. The car broke again two months later and then eventually the engine blew out. Larry suggested we get the oil changed every six weeks to avoid so many problems. We just installed another new engine and were told that the jeep needed all new hoses etc. and we are STILL having problems with the car. Isn’t there some sort of protection for buyers? This whole jeep dealership is crooked.

These guys are legit, they’ve sold me everything from used smog parts to specialty things that I couldn’t find anywhere else. They’ve answered every question I’ve peppered them with. So glad that we have a local place like this for Jeep enthusiasts. They will always get my business

I’ve had multiple services done on my TJ Wrangler here. I’ve had a radiator replaced, brakes, and general service. Always great friendly service with fair prices. Great to know they specialize in Jeeps, makes me much more comfortable. I even needed some help with having a bolt that I couldn’t get loose and they helped me at no charge. Couldn’t ask for more than that. Go to Jeeps R Us. You won’t regret it.

This place has incredibly talented mechanics that have so much experience in jeeps. My jeep has been torn apart from other places because they simply didn’t know what to look for. My ZJ has had destructive over heating issues for the past 4 years. These guys knew how to fix it in a single day without spending a whole lot. It was intelligently fixed. I can’t possibly express how impressed I am. It’s like a brand new Jeep.

Fantastic! Love this place, great customer service. Great techs, lowest prices around and very large selection. I got a 2″ lift installed on my jeep and it was done very professionally and in a timely fashion. Plus, They had the wheels and tires I wanted where as no one else did for my jeep grand Cherokee, and at a lower price. They know what works and what doesn’t. These guys are the best and I can’t see my self going anywhere else. Give them a shot and you’ll be a customer for life. You won’t be disappointed!

This is an amazing place. The owner, Larie, is an honest person and will work with you. His word is his bond. Everyone I’ve ever met at Jeep’s R Us has been courteous, polite and helpful. If you need anything Jeep related this is the place to go.

They did a great job of repairing at 1980 jeep, but they lost a soft top rear window and refuse to take my calls or to pay for a new one. What a disgrace!!!

I was very pleased with my experience with Jeeps R Us. I took my Jeep Wrangler in over the summer because of a seat belt that was no longer working. They advised me that they would need to order a $ 150 dollar part and charge me about $ 150 labor and then took a deposit in order to order the part.
Part came in, they called me and I brought my Jeep in to have the seat belt replaced. Much to my surprise my total bill ended up being $ 150 less than I was quoted. They used a different belt to save me money and the installation was still done the same way. Clean and professional as I expected.
I would not hesitate to take my Jeep here again and was pleased with the honest and professional service I received from them.

I brought my Jeep Wrangler to have the brakes worked on & these guys are AMAZING!
The owner, Larie, is down-​to-​earth and honest. He was upfront about the work which needed to be done & the price for the work was reasonable and in just a couple days. (NOTE: I brought my Jeep in late on a Friday night for a long weekend and it was ready by Tuesday afternoon.)
In addition to replacing my brakes, he also fixed a minor problem I was having with my blowers/​vents as well.
