If I could give zero stars for this facility, I would. My card was stolen that the storage place had on file and it was cancelled. Laguna Storage sent a letter immediately and also called. The owner, a lady, basically treated me like I was a thief, even though my bill was only 2 days late, the first and only time in nearly a year because of the stolen card. I then tried to give her a new card over the phone. Nope, not allowed. Against their policy. But, for my safety(this is comical) I can email them or fax them a picture of my credit card and all the information to run the card!!! Are you kidding me? These people are SHADY! I have other friends in Laguna that have had lots and lots of issues as well. After I pay my balance, I am moving/selling my belongings in storage. Beware, they are out to collect hefty fees for anything they can. Rude and not customer friendly ATALL!
