Was back in for my 2014 yearly check-up and now considering Lasik. Dr. Michael Cook is AWESOME he went over every detail explaining the ins/outs how they go about testing to make sure you are a candidate. Look you cannot replace your eyes if things go wrong Dr. Cook took away all the stress I had and now I’m in the contact testing phase to find the adjustments for surgery. Stay Tuned…

If your eyes are the windows to your soul, I appreciate Dr. Cook keeping my windows clean and healthy! I am grateful to have experienced a very thorough, very informative exam, and some healthy recommendations regarding my eye balls. Dr. Cook is all about your long-term eye health not just getting you in and out with a prescription.
