I just got gas here and Brad was so helpful. He checked the fluids in my car and even washed my windows. He was so friendly and knowledgeable, I feel like I was transported back in time when people wanted to help out and provide great customer service. I’m very impressed by this gas station!

This is a great local service station. I stopped by to put air in my tires. I fully expected to pay for it. They have free air and when I asked the clerk for a pressure gauge he gladly gave me one. After a few minutes, a worker named Brad came out and asked if I needed help. I said I was fine, but he offered to do it while I washed my windows. I took him up on his offer and he was done in no time.
Brad was very friendly and made my experience easy and enjoyable. I will definitely be visiting this station again!

I’ve been using North Laguna Shell since 1996 and there is a good reason why this gas station has a loyal following, Service. It’s unusual to find a gas station where you can get full service, tire repair, mechanics etc. The gas prices are higher but the service is unbeatable.

Unfortunately Steve left North Laguna Shell and I have been back once since then and it was a disaster. They kept my car for 4 days for a minor repair because they screwed up purchasing the part. To add insult to injury, when I went to pick it up because they said it was ready, it wasn’t, there was no mechanic on duty, and the pump jockey basically called my classic camaro of 20 years a pile of garbage. Later Dude!

I can’t even count the times that the guys at north Laguna Shell have saved my butt.
From brakes to transmission to general service they get the job done with no hassles, no BS, and a generally pleasant attitude.
Usually when you check engine light comes on you get that bad feeling in the pit of your stomach because you know you have to deal with the vipers at the dealership or some professional rip-​off artists at the majority of Auto Service places.
The guys at North Laguna shell will cure this feeling as they are honest and actually know what they are doing.
I can’t remember all of their names (although i have only had pleasant dealings with all) Thanks a lot to George and Max for the excellent service!
