Pinkiwi Culinary Production

I’ve personally seen Kim work in a wide range of situations. She is a consummate pro. And she’s kind and compassionate to everyone she meets. She also plies her culinary craft from the heart — which is pretty cool to watch if you have the opportunity. She will fulfill your every expectation with the highest quality work possible. Bet on it.

I was invited at my friends party and the first thing I noticed was the presentation of the food. The salad which consist of compressed watermelon, marble rye crostini, herb goat cheese with Chardonnay vinaigrette was to die for. The tomato and red bell pepper soup was fantastic! Then, I had a bite of the main course which was the garlic & rosemary crusted lamb, braised leeks & summer squash with pee wee potatoes. I love garlic and the seasoning for the lamb was spot on. The lamb itself was moist. As a pastry chef, I’m very picky with desserts but the raspberry panna cotta was great. I also had a piece of the chocolate cake with raspberry buttercream… and wow the cake was moist. I asked my friend where did they cater the food and she told me «Pinkiwi Culinary Production» I was shocked because I new the chef! I used to work with her at French 75. Small world! HA! I ended up calling her and telling her that everyone at the party loved the food and that everything looks spectacular and tasted amazing!

I used pinkiwi for a Christmas party at my home over the holidays and was so impressed! From the very first contact, Kimberly was professional, courteous, and was great at following up with me in answering my questions and following up with finalizing the menu. I had a few people at my party who had dietary restrictions and she made sure that the food met everyone’s needs and tasted great. Everyone complemented the food, especially the chicken pasta salad and chocolate cupcakes with strawberry frosting. I really enjoyed working with Kimberly for my holiday party. My mom is hosting a dinner party for her stock club in a few months and she plans to call pinkiwi to cater her event as well. Kimberly really took the time to understand what I wanted. I would recommend this for any dinner party, catering event, or anytime you need a private chef!
