We got a taste of heaven when we decided to get PT culinary for my bachelorette weekend! It was the most fun, delicious, unique experience ever!!! Every course was absolute perfection — not only the most flavorful, delicious meal you ever had, but also beautiful presentation, and fresh, high quality ingredients. I seriously can’t think of any restaurant that matches their caliber. We had 5 different courses and just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, Patrick and team blew us all away again! All the girls loved it and we wished we had them for every meal! Seriously one of the most memorable, awesome experiences and I will never forget it. Thank you Patrick & team! You guys are the BEST!

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our anniversary by having a special dinner party with 14 guests. When we did our research on caterers in Orange County, we found exactly what we desired in PT Culinary ~ people who are passionate about their culinary work; chefs who could create sensory experiences both visually beautiful and uniquely appetizing to the palette; and caterers attuned to our wishes and desires. I cannot speak highly enough of Tony and Patrick. Our event was magical. I highly recommend PT Culinary and I look forward to having them cater our next event.

I know these guys from catering events at our church. They lease the kitchen there, and have put on some lovely dinners, we have Fat Tuesday coming up this week, and they also do the fellowship buffet on some Sundays, they also teach a series of cooking classes out of that same location on Via Lido. Those are open to the public, and great value! Chef Patrick is solicitous and a local to Newport, so of course I want to help them out, but the food IS top notch and creatively served!

I’ve now used PT Culinary for two very different catering jobs. One was a breakfast for over 200 people. The food got raves. Their menu choices and service was perfect for my large 7 am crowd. Everyone left smiling. Chefs Patrick and Tony went above and beyond to make it a delicious and memorable event. I also had PT Catering help cater a Christmas party for 60 and their pulled-​pork sandwiches were the best I’ve ever tasted. This along with a beautiful platter of perfectly roasted veggies made a colorful and delicious holiday presentation. These are two chefs that you can count on for taste, timing and beautiful food.

I had Patrick and Tony cater a Christmas event for me. They do an amazing job from start to finish. Chefs Patrick and Tony put a lot of thought into the menu and prepare the food themselves. Everything they make is exceptional and the food is without question, the highlight of any event.

You won’t find better food or better service! I’ve been to multiple parties catered by these guys and it’s always a top notch experience. The chefs are so talented and creative, every dish is delicious and beautifully presented. Chef Tony is super nice and accommodating, he helps you plan the perfect menu for your event. The servers are polite and do a great job. I recommend these guys for any event, big or small!
