The Float Lounge

I have been coming here for a couple of years or at least it feels like it! I love Jeff and Rosanne. I love the float tanks. I love Lucy the light machine. This place has not only transformed my life but my husband. Thank you guys for just being.

I have been coming to the float lounge once a week for the past year. This place is top notch. Jeff and Roseanne are amazing!

This is not my 1^st experience floating, so I can tell you this place is the best in the area! Very clean and in beautiful Laguna Beach just steps from the ocean. The beautiful souls that run the place are always a pleasure to see and they also offer other services including Light Therapy and Holistic Healing. If this is your 1^st time they will guide you through the process so you feel comfortable.

I am sooooo happy The Float Lounge is back! I had my 1^st float in months (almost a year) and it was amazing. The new rooms are really nice and super quiet. I am definitely putting floating back in my weekly rotation.

Still Floating…
It’s been over a week since my experience at the Float Lounge and I’m still on Cloud 9. I had never done float or light therapy, so I decided to sign up for both a 60 minute float and 60 minute lucia light experience, which was hands-​down the best decision I’ve made in a very long time! I was invited in by a warm welcome, a hug, and I immediately felt safe. While the process was explained to me on how to enter the tank, I was told each experience is unique. While you can have the door open and soft music playing, I chose to go all-in…no sound, no light. Weightlessly floating I felt the rise and fall of each breath. I felt the gentle release of tension held within my muscles. There was nothing to distract me. I was left with myself and it’s never felt so soothing, so relaxing. I would venture to say it’s as safe as a child feels within the womb. Hours later I experienced the lucia light. With my eyes closed I witnessed myself on an adventure that cannot be described in words. My body was physically still, but I actively moved through different dimensions. By the end of my session, I was so relaxed all I wanted to do was sit and appreciate these safe surroundings that had been created. I was so chill, so happy, so grateful and slept like a baby! I booked myself for another float session before heading out of town. I’m ready for another trip to Laguna just to have another float an light experience. I highly recommend you visit their space and consider any of the treatments offered. Rosie, Jeff, and The Float Lounge are a gift to Laguna Beach… please allow yourself the opportunity to receive what they offer and you will be overflowing with light and love.
