I bought the 2015 Laguna Beach Restaurant card and tried to use it on a Saturday night in December 2015 at Mare Culinary Lounge and they would not accept it. It clearly states, «25% off any entrée at every restaurant each and every day of the year for all of 2015». So the following week I called to Tight Assets where I purchased my three cards and spoke with Heidi Miller. She agreed that they should have given us the discount. She then said she was good friends with the owner, was going to Mare that evening and would get back to me the next day. Well two days later, I still hadn’t heard from her. So I called her again and she said she still hadn’t talked to him. And two weeks later, I still have not heard from Heidi. Mare would not have been a restaurant we would have gone to had we not had the cards. So it was very disappointing to not get the discount. More disappointment is not getting an answer from Heidi Miller, the owner of Tight Assets who sold me the cards. I can now see why she has the other bad reviews about owing venders money and seems very dishonest.

I am a vendor and delivered $ 700.00 worth of merchandise and have not been able to collect. They have been avoiding payment for over a month and it is frankly very bad. I do not like to do business with dishonest people like this. If you cannot afford us, please don’t waste our money and our time. We expect payment from you in the next few days or I will make sure everyone in your neighborhood knows what a scam you are. Do the right thing!

We used to be a vendor for Tight Assets. She still owes us $ 3500. This debt is 3 years old, and we tried everything, including Collections. The owner, Heidi Miller, laughed at the Collector and walked to the back of the store. Heidi had the nerve to give my name as a reference to other vendors and she called to ask to tell them how great payer she is. I did that only once. I never spoke poorly about her, but declined to provide any information after that one time. I would never be a customer at a store that does business this way. I could not trust them at all. I hope this helps customers, who knows what would happen if they would like to return something for instance?
