Great service. Extremely clean. Nice staff!

Drive through lady very rude. Tried to place an order and was cut off with– ok thank you. Ahhhh… Wasn’t done ordering and then she became rude and would not complete our order. We are very hungry– can we jus place an order??? I know it seems more important talking about your day yesterday in Spanish, ohhh and thanks for the sideways biscuits and gravy which is all over the entire bAg.

Just did a drive through, ordered famous star meal. The fries were old and burnt it almost looked like they put them in a second run just to get them hot again. The burger was blah. The onions were nasty, who eats the skin on them because I know I don’t. The coke was ok and so was the girl in the drive through. I won’t be returning even though the girl was hot, well maybe just for a coke. Lol, nah.

Worse Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been to. Messed up my order the 3 times I’ve been there and I only order 1 item at a time.

I was so appalled by this location, not just because they messed up my order, but because of their rudeness!
This place is close by my work. I don’t come here that often, but I was in a time crunch for lunch. After a garbled description of their promotion over the drive through speaker, I said I wanted the Charbroiled Chicken Salad. She asked me what type of chicken. I’m not that familiar with their menu, so I thought she meant grilled or breaded. I said «the charbroiled.» She said their were 3 types: the club, bbq, and I did not make out the 3^rd option. I said «club» because that sounded like the most basic. I didn’t really care; I just wanted a salad with chicken in it. She then asked if I wanted a combo. I responded, «No thanks, I just want the salad.»
Pulling up, she hands me a sandwich bag. I said, «No, I ordered a salad.» She then aggressively said, «But you said ‘club!’ I said, «No, I ordered a salad but you thought-​» As I was talking to her, SHE TURNED AROUND AND WALKED AWAY. I couldn’t believe someone in customer service would do this.
After saying «salad» twice without her understanding me, there was obviously a language barrier. That actually wouldn’t have bothered me. It was the fact that she yelled at me like I was the one who made the mistake, and then rudely walked away as I was talking. Even if all the fault was on me, a qualified worker would say, «sorry about that, will get your order right away». They would at least smile. I even would have had patience with a teen because you learn all that stuff when you are just starting working — no this was a middle aged woman who should have known better.
I could see through the window that the manager came up to her, and she was still calling out, «but she ordered a CLUB.» I got my salad, but there was no «sorry» or «thank you.»
Will not come back even though super close by me. Serves me right for not going to In n Out.

I was really hungry and stopped at the first drive thru I saw. When I mean really hungry. I mean bent over from hunger pains and can’t wait a second more to eat something! Anything!
Drive thru was empty and I got my food within 4 min. Might have been already premade on the heat lamp.
Did I care at that moment? Nope.
I got a turkey burger and fries. It satisfied my hunger pains but nothing more. Very dry. Barely any sauce to compensate for the dryness of the burger. Some fries were good and some super soggy.
In the future, I need to make sure I have enough snacks so I don’t have to stop and do this again.

So we just stopped by here out of pure chance as we’re on the road later than expected on Christmas Eve. We were very pleasantly surprised with the super friendly and fast service in the dining area. (Oh, and place was clean — including the bathrooms.) We like Carl’s Jr.‘s food in general, but I would typically not bother writing a review for a fast food joint; our quick visit was so much exactly what we needed, I felt I should recommend this location.

Meh, the we have «5 bbq sauces left» story sucked with a 5 three piece order of chicken fingers

Friendly good old fashion service at my local carls jr. They havn’t let me down for fast food.

This location isn’t bad and it’s on my way to work. I primarily stop by here around 6:20am on the weekends so it’s never busy and they’re always selling breakfast.
I’m definitely a creature of habit and stick with the same item. 2 sausage, egg and cheese biscuits. My one gripe is that this used to be 2 for $ 2 then it went to 2 for $ 3 and now the bait and switch 2 for $ 4. They roped me in nicely by having this on special and then taking it off. Touché CJs, touché.
I only hit the drive thru and I’ve never been inside so I can’t speak to that at all. The speed of the drive thru is fairly quick (being 6:20am I would hope so) & the young lady at the window is pleasant.
As long as I’m working down this way and I bed breakfast relatively quickly I’ll be stopping by CJs.

I put this right in the middle star-​wise because I have mixed feelings. This is close to home so we stop in on occasion, usually when it’s late etc. There is a female manager who is great and very nice, but they seem to have a problem hiring younger kids who are just rude. I honestly don’t expect much from teenage drive thru operators, but one was rude enough that I called corporate and complained. I never received a call back. I will probably stop again for convenience, but I would never choose here over other open things.

This place is just nasty. Their restaurant is so dirty. I could have eaten on the floor outside of the restaurant and it would have been cleaner. I’ll be sure to never come here again when I’m in this area. This is supposed to be a step above McDonalds and yet it’s worse.

I’ve been to plenty of Carl’s Jr. s before and I have never been so repulsed. Food was okay. But that was not the issue. Their cleanliness is literal trash. There was trash all over the floor, trash cans were over filled to capacity, and not to mention the sticky soda fountain. I couldn’t help but wonder if they can keep a small seating area clean, what does the kitchen look like? And the worst part, a store manager and assistant manager were both at the location. Something is obviously wrong…

This resturant is absolute filth. Every single trash can was overflowing, the counter wasn’t cleaned in days, and the floor was sticky.

This place is overpriced… Stopped for the special of 2 Famous Star Burgers for 4.00 they charge 5.00 instead. OMG in Newport it is cheaper. The Service was so bad, especially from Diane. I asked her a question and she gave the So Cali attitude. I said why can you not just give me a correct answer come on it is Easter. I told her that I was going to Unilocal this and call the manager and she gave me the thumbs up. REALLY. then she pointed her finger at me and said are you threating me when I am on a break and not even being paid enough. Really I would have a better attitude and be happy to have a Job. Will never stop at this Carl’s Jr again…

Drive thru service was great. They were fast, friendly and got my complex order right. No complaints here!

What a dump. Stinks. Not just the restrooms which are horrible. The men’s urinal has been torn off the wall and graffiti scratched into everything. The smell is bad and the place is just not clean.

This location finally has the Hardee’s Breakfast Biscuits (actually they have had them for a few months), but the current deal (2 Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuits) is 22 cents more than the price in Rancho Santa Margarita. WTH?! Seriously! I don’t have a problem with the 22 cents, but there is no reason for it, so they lose a star on principle.
The workers here are reliable, actually seem to enjoy their jobs (a little too much on occasion) and my orders are accurate. I love the $ 6 burgers, especially the Western Bacon Cheeseburger. The Onion Rings are very good, but the fries are not. Thankfully there is a Del Taco near by and I get fries there.
This is a little more expensive than most fast food chains, but I feel the quality is a little better as well.

Was in the area and stopped at the drive thru for breakfast. I used to come to this Carls often, but I dont live close anymore.
I got a breakfast burrito, not sure the exact name of it — but I want to say it was along the lines of a farmers breakfast burrito… gravy, hashbrowns, eggs, etc. It was good :)
Staff was friendly — service was fast — no complaints here!

This location’s drive-​thru is one of the best of any fast food. For some reason, my order is consistently accurate, 98% of the time. I really like the Famous Star and others in my family like the Western Bacon Cheeseburger.
Sadly, I do not like the fries, but I don’t much like fries anywhere except McDonalds, Red Robin and Fat Burger. I tend to substitute the fried zucchini instead, with ranch dressing. A bit more money, but I do like them.
