Jeff is a amazing jewelry designer. He has made 3 custom pieces for me and the
quality was superb. Love this place!

Was referred here by a friend and I knew nothing about diamonds and was in need of an engagement ring. Jeff and everyone else could not have provided a greater experience. I came in with a 1930’s style deco ring and Jeff replicated it perfectly from a few pictures. They gave me an amazing deal and my now fiancé loved it and gets daily compliments on the ring. I’ll be going here for all my major jewelry purchases.

I have been doing business with Jeff RJ and Pamala for the past 12 years and they are the best. I would highly recommend them. they have everything when it comes to your jewelry needs and their prices are great.

I recently went back to see Jeff and his crew and found out that the person referred to in Melid’s review is no longer there and the beautiful new interior matches the sincere warmth of the staff.
The honesty, quality, and selection still can’t be matched. Many of my referrals were stunned their first time in to see Jeff, after going to the Diamond District in LA, by his and his staff’s knowledge and prices, as well as their creativity for custom and everyday pieces, and the ability to carry and service hard to find, high end watches and beautiful custom pieces.

I was referred by a friend about 6 years ago to Diamonds Etc. He recommended working w/​RJ. RJ and all the other staff have been great. My husband got my custom engagement ring from here. They worked w/​his price range and the diamond quality is beautiful. I also got my husband a watch from here. Some of the special order items do take longer than planned but you generally save money and they get you want you want. I’ve also bought a few other jewelry items from here since and recommend them to my friends. My mother-​in-​law has also had her broken jewelry fixed here and I believe has sold some gold she wasn’t wearing anymore.
Keep in mind that the staff here are creative and they will get you want you want, in your budget, and it’ll look wonderful.

Diamonds Etc. is a great shop! They have always been willing to go the extra mile when helping me with our purchases. Also, they’re just good people. I’ll continue to go to Diamonds Etc., for my watch and jewelry purchases and I highly recommend them to everyone.

HORRIBLE SERVICE! After walking into the store to ask a question, the blonde lady behind the counter was EXTREMELY RUDE. When I asked for service, she just sat there, gabbing away with her gum and large, collagen-​infused lips and snapped back «I’m busy!». Her bitchy attitude is a huge reflection on how she runs her business, which doesn’t offer the best options in the area. I asked her associate about how much they pay for sterling silver from customers, and they only pay the customers 30% of its value (as opposed to the standard 75% that other stores in the area pay). I would not recommend going to this store if you know a thing or two about jewelry and precious metals.

I have made several purchases here. They custom-​made my wedding ring and I also bought a beautiful Rolex with diamonds from them. Great service n always very honest!
