He answered his own calls… no call in system… he gave me an over the phone estimate and was at my house in under 45 minutes.
THAT’s the kind of service I admire. He’s friendly and been a plumber for 20+ years.

Jay recently installed a new bathroom for me on my rental property in Westminster. We received a friendly and professional service from the initial planning stage to the first-​class installation. This included advice on what could and couldn’t be done, a wide choice of ranges and fittings, and many hours spent getting things just right. He managed to incorporate everything we wanted (and some features we hadn’t thought about!) into a confined space. The work area was tidied at the end of every working day, and special provision was made to protect carpets during the process of removing and delivering units and fittings. Interruption to water supply and toilet facilities was kept to an absolute minimum. My tenant’s and I are delighted with the results. I had a leak on my water heater last week, called this plumber and he came quickly… this was really early in the morning too. He came fast, stopped the leak and showed me ways to save money on my hot water supply line. His price was good and could’ve charged me more but didn’t. Thanks for the savings.

I called a few places and he’s the only plumber who called back. Came over fast and worked on my sink quickly. Price was fair and exceptional customer service. Thanks for the help!
