The advertisement makes you want to take a big bite of a gourmet burger. What you get… Well, I’d order Chicken. If I ever went back to this McDonald’s . I really don’t want to give a star but the cashier was nice and smiled.

Rude, incompetent staff here — everytime I’ve been here they get my orders wrong. This time they overcharged me(just $ 4, but still why rip me off?!) When I asked for an adjustment — the rude supervisor in charge starting speaking(in Spanish thinking I couldn’t understand them) — he said pejorative descriptions when discussing my transaction with the«couldn’t care less» teenager who rang it up wrong. After several moments and some minor awkwardness, I managed to get the $ 3.88 refunded.

So just ordered food for my children. The chicken nuggets were Rubber, the fries were cold, and the drink that went with the meal was no even close to Sprite.(Or any soda I’ve ever tasted disgusting.) This looks like a waste of time since McDonald has not responded to any of these reviews nor to do they care. Won’t go again. Even tried calling they don’t give a shit. I mean it’s McDonald’s I’m not expecting a whole lot, but it felt like it was microwaved. Gross

Alright alright alright … That pretty much sums up this location and McDonald’s in general for me. I was driving back home from San Diego and I got hungry so I went to the first place I saw. I ordered the #2 which is 2 hamburgers, fries and a drink. The burgers were cooked well and the fries were fresh so no complaints on the food. The customer service was also good and no problems to report.

Everyone was pretty nice here. I’m from San Diego so it’s always great to have your fav food and drinks at other locations and you feel like at home :) drive thru young guy Alex was nice.

Why have a kids play area and no changing table? Our 18months old and 2.5week old both had to be changed in our arms when we stopped for lunch on the way to our destination off the 5! Super lame. Thanks!

I found out when I got home, that they shorted me a burger on my order in thw drive thru. That means someone in my group goes hungry. I called and manager Felipe, wasn’t sorry, he was smug. Too bad. Such jerks. Update, they apparently had taken my name down and next time I went there, they comped my meal. It is what it is…

So ordered a mc flurry and the counter person had to ask me twice because they weren’t paying attention that I wanted m&m and not Oreo. Sure enough as soon as I got my order it was Oreo. Then when he tried to fix it, he just put ice cream in and the m&m’s on top and didn’t even bother to try and mix it with the machine they have. Seriously? Worst experience ever!

How do you mess up an order of 2 large iced coffee and a chicken nuggets kids meal? First she said the sprite drink machine was broke so I ordered a lemon aid. She said what size? I said I thought it came with a drink she said yes but they are all the same price so I said large. I got my order and billed for 3 iced coffee not two and my sons French fries are missing. He was so bummed. They always mess up your order here. Don’t let them rush you out stay in the drive threw and check everything

At 12:50ish my boyfriend and I decided to grab some McD’s for a late night snack. In the drive thru it wasn’t packed yet it was taking forever to get our order. Workers in there need to be trained all over again! They were rude, stuck up, and above all idiots! Long story short, fries were stale, cookies were raw still, no ketchup, and one of our sandwiches that we order wasn’t in our bag! #absured

THEWORSTMCDONALDSINORANGECOUNTYBARNONE!!! I live near this location and unfortunately it is the only one within 5 miles so my options are limited for fast McD’s food. Without exaggerating, 8 out of 10 visits will have an issue with food taking forever or something missing when I get home with the kids food. I have called the«business office» of «McNib Corp» and left several messages over the years and have NEVER once received a call back. I am a very patient person but this place is the worst run McDonalds of any that I have seen ever. Just this weekend we received our food but we were asked to wait in the«grill line» while they made a smoothie. Ok, no biggie. With 5 kids in the car we waited over 15 minutes before I drove back to the window. The manager said she saw me parked there but didn’t know why… REALLY?! She didn’t think to send someone out to ask what we were missing? Then she asked for my receipt like she didn’t believe me that we were waiting for something. No apologies, nothing to make up for 20 minutes for waiting on a freaking smoothie, no nothing. Management is terrible and incompetent, the ownership couldn’t care less. No response to complaints. I don’t want free food or coupons, I want my order in a timely manner with all the items I paid for in the bag. They put the«double checked» stickers on the bag as sarcasm I think. This place always screws up and there is nothing I can do about it other that go on these sites and piss and moan. The owners should be forced to sell this franchise and someone who cares about the McDonald’s brand and reputation should take over. McNib Corp, you guys are crap!!!

So after a long day I decided to pull into the drive through to grab some dinner for my son and myself we needed a quick bite before we finished our 45 min drive home to San Diego county. I pull up and we sat at the speaker with silence for a good 90 seconds, I even looked to find the hours and yep they are 24 hours so we waited hungry and tried for someone to greet us. The girl who took our order was really friendly during that part of this process, she takes my order and we pull forward. When we pull up they take my card for payment then head back to grab the food. The girl brings out the happy meal and hands it to me very abruptly more concerned with socializing with the her friends inside the restaurant then the customer she is being paid to help. Then a young man named Brian proceeds to hand me the 2 sodas, and he too is more concerned with socializing with the visitors then making sure the customer receives the service they deserve. Sure that the kid can complete the simple task of affixing a lid to a soda cup(I mean it’s fast food 101 right behind asking if the customer wants fries with that and don’t offer the free ketchup unless they ask for it) so I turn to hand my child his soda and all of a sudden I get a very cold sensation in my lap. IT’S THESODAANDTHELIDISNOTEVENPARTWAYON. So I hand it back while asking for napkins frantically and make him aware of his mistake. Brian then proceeds to run behind a wall along with his female co worker. Finally after a moment some new guy walks past the window, I ask if he is the manager and he is. I tell him what happens and all he has to say is sorry. Not any other gesture was offered even after I tell him about my long commute home with wet pants and a wet seat. I had to ask for a refund(customer 101 states at this point you would offer the customer at least that much) to which he replied I had to give the food back. I informed him that I didn’t even receive my meal yet and that I wouldn’t be taking the food away from my hungry child. After some arguing he finally told me «I’m braking the rules by even doing this.» Are you kidding me Mc Donalds has a rule against refunding unhappy customers?! I told him I wasn’t even hungry after this whole ordeal and to keep my food. Thanks for more crappy customer service Steven«the manager». So in closing I got to drive home with a wet seat and pants for 45 mins and will be calling the corporate office first thing tomorrow. ###UPDATE### I spoke with the corporate office this morning and they have offered to reimburse me to have my car cleaned. As long as they stay true to their word I will add it to the review. Check back soon to find out.

We were really hungover at a wedding and of course needed a double cheeseburger and a sprite. But we only ordered one sprite and need two so we drove thru the drive thru twice. The girl at the window was super funny about it. So between the laughs and the fact that this was the first moment I didn’t feel like absolute death that day this place is 5 stars.

Like Lisa Z., there’s no need to comment on the food.(I particularly don’t like Mickey D’s). BUT: This location has a lot going for it. Fresh, modern, clean. They have normal booths, some tables, as well as a biiiig circular table thing for a larger party. Ample seating to accommodate groups of all sizes. The few times I’ve been here, it’s never been very crowded and the wait for food is fairly quick. Free WiFi is nice. There’s also a television or two. My one complaint: they never seem to have iced tea out by the sodas? Maybe you have to ask for it? Strange.
