I give this store zero stars. I walked into the store inquiring as to unlocking my iPhone and I was treated poorly and disrespectfully, and in front of other customers, by supposedly the owner of the store. He basically did not like that I questioned him on the receipt he gave me cause it didn’t reflect that I was leaving him my brand new iPhone. He said it was on the receipt and I simply said oh, I am sorry but I don’t see it would you please write it on the receipt? Well, he became nasty and told me he didn’t need all the argument for a freaking iPhone. And he said to take my business elsewhere. He ripped the receipt in my face and walked away from me. I was shocked, and frankly wanted to tell him so many things but then I remember that we weren’t the same. We didn’t have the same class or he wouldn’t have treated me that way. I can go on and on about this incident but it’s not worth it. So, I hope you read this before stepping foot into this store. Trust him when he says, take your business elsewhere.

I have a teenaged daughter who seems to find a way to break her phone every few months no matter what case I get for her. I have thought about not getting her another phone but those with teenaged daughters know it is scarier and more of a pain for them not to have one. So I get it fixed. I found this place and it has been awesome. Each time I have dealt with a guy named Bill and he is great. He is extremely knowledgeable and has alway been able to fix it no matter the level of damage. The service and price can’t be beat. I highly recommend this place anytime you need your phone repaired!

I stopped here yesterday for the first time. I’d been getting«alert» texts from Metro PCS since April stating service will«end soon», but an end-date was never given. It also stated that I can«likely» get a free phone. Last week I called & spoke with a person at the Cust Serv phn number… he said July 1st was the final date. Well, I PAID for the next 30 days of service on Monday 6−22−15(my due date) and then two days later my phone stopped working! So I went to this store to get a new phone and possibly upgrade my service. No one was there, but a teen-aged/young girl was outside with a dog. She followed me into the store. She appeared to have ZERO customer service skills. I explained my situation. She asked my phn number in order to look up my account. She came up with a man’s Spanish name who I do NOT, nor ever have known! Then she removed the battery from my phone to access the serial number. She said I could get a $ 32 credit towards a new phone and that one of the new phones was $ 40 so I’d pay 10, but then she said with tax it would come to $ 30! What?! That doesn’t add up right. I was feeling like I was trying to make her sell ME a phone, she did not appear interested in selling me a new phone. Two guys came in, looking as if they’d just come from a skate park, they then entered the behind the counter area. A man(customer) walked in, and the older of the two guys walked up to help him. The guy(employee) then reached over and picked up all 3 phones that I was looking at! He NEVER acknowledged me or the girl(employee). He never said ‘excuse me’, or ‘may I see that for a minute’, or ‘can I borrow one of these?’ Nothing, just rude! And careless. And the girl never said a word. Weirdest place I have ever been to. I understand he was the manager. I left. They do not deserve the business if that’s how they treat a customer. Plenty of other places to do business with. I asked the girl for the Corporate office phone number and guess what? She didn’t have it. I asked if she could look it up on the computer or one of the phones and she said she couldn’t. Wow, a phone store that doesn’t have or can’t get the number to the corporate store… Really?

I will definitely be doing all of my business related to cell phone service at this store. Bill, who helped me, was very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He treated me as a valued customer. I highly recommend this particular MetroPCS store.

I changed from Verizon to Metro PCS on 17 April. I had never had a smart phone before so I bought one of The Kyocera water resistant phones. I came in and a nice young lady helped me. I received good service but I was the only customer so I would expect so. My son lives in Ladera Ranch and I get Absolutely positively no phone service. However I get 4 G service and had no problem anywhere else. I have been back 2 times because of my inability to use phone. Each time The young lady helped me. She is not talkative but she helped me out. I removed a star because of no service in Ladera Ranch. Obviously I bought a new phone because I did not want to deal with unlocking a used one. I think this location treated me well and I needed that because of my lack of familiarity with smart phones!

Worst store ever, I had bought an unlocked phone online to switch the sim card on my current metro phone to the unlocked one. First, the young woman assisted me and just gave me dirty looks and told me that the phone was reported stolen. Second, I couldn’t take no for an answer so I asked the store manager and he said what he could do was contact the service it was on and he could get it removed from the reported list for 150 $(obviously a scam) so I took my business elsewhere. The next day I went to target, the one by Stater Brothers. The man working in the phone section of the store activated my phone with at&t in five minutes no questions asked. In theory, the Metro Pcs in Alicia Parkway obviously do not care about customer satisfaction, but just want your money. I do not recommend going to the Metro Pcs in Alicia, it is awful and that is just one of the many bad experiences I’ve had in that store.
