OC Cleaners

Super high cost. They want $ 3 to. launder a shirt when the going rate is half that much. And they offer no quantity discounts.

This is the worst customer service /​quality delivery that I have ever experienced. I believe the store managers name is «Juan». He would not tell me his last name. I have lived by this place for 9+ years and gave them multiple opportunities in the past but they would not get stains out and actually permanently damaged one of my button up shirts.
After change of management, I assumed this place would have been improved but they are still up to their same bad habits. I took several different pants there and when Juan was done with them, he shrunk my pants! I couldn’t fit in them and know it wasn’t me because my other 20 pairs of pants fit the same. I complained in a very nice, professional manner and basically said «Yeah they ca be shrunk» and he never bothered to tell me that before I paid. I can tell they don’t get much business there from the amount of shirts that were hung up on the machine so at the end of the day, be very cautious because they have set the perception of wanting more money, not more customers.
They do not focus on what the customer wants and instead focus on how to get the job done. They do not focus on quality but instead quantity. He tried accusing me of taking it somewhere else and blaming him for it like I was going to be that cheap about it; No business man blames the customer and makes silly accusations. Juan was very disrespectful and did not want to give me the store owners name or any kind of info.
I will never step foot in this location again, unless I have to deliver a law suit to the unprofessional «Juan» himself; Then I would be happy to do so.
Finally– I want to mention multiple times they chose the most expensive type of cleaning, probably to get the most out of me. Most places I go to, I leave it up to the cleaners to choose the type of cleaning because they are the specialist so there needs to be some kind of trust between the business delivering the service, and the customer. Don’t trust them or their consulting because they will prioritize money into their decisions.

The place is clean and friendly. I’ve dropped off my shirts there often and never have had a problem. It’s too bad they don’t offer discounts or have any coupons. Their website doesn’t work. Overall great service.

I’ve been going to this Cleaners for several months and the work it’s been pretty good. The problem came in when I started asking about discounts! First I was told the discount will be applied all the time, then and I was told the discount will be applied on certain things! I was told 30% then 20%, just got to be ridiculous! And speaking of ridiculous, the prices certainly are! I talked to the owner Frank about this stuff, is really seemed very interested. So I’m taking a long sabbatical from OC Cleaners, I recommend you do the same! I think the only way to these types of businesses going change is we stop spending our money there!

I forgave them when they returned my mens large peacoat I brought in with a small ladies peacoat. But then I brought in my imported fancy, hand stitched italian dress shirt. When I unwrapped it the entire sleeve was torn. There was no note on the shirt indicating they had seen this when I brought it in. I immediately returned to the store and was told they would probably give me $ 20 credit. That was not acceptable. Then the next day after they discussed it I was told they found the identical shirt on Ebay and would get it for me. I went home and checked and found out it was from the same maker, different shirt, different color and different size. I only asked for $ 50 for this $ 200 shirt because it was 3 years old. I was being generous I thought. I came back the next day and the owner told me that I have no proof they did anything wrong. He then refused to talk to be, turned his back on me and walked away. I am now suing him in small claims court. NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS. I am also reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. The owner is a disgrace. I am thoroughly disgusted by his attitude and behavior.

I have been to this cleaners a few times, the first couple times they did an average job and its close to my house so I continued to come here. The last time I came I dropped off a shirt, when I picked it up the shirt was burned all over. When I asked what happened the manager tried first telling me that that was the style of the shirt (which it clearly wasn’t) after he realized that excuse wasn’t working he tried telling me that he remembers me bringing it in with the stains on it. After I told him it wasn’t that because he checked all the shirts for stains when I dropped them off, he then was very rude and told me to get out of his store … unreal experience. DO NOT GO HERE
