I initially said «This place is a pile of garbage.» This was due to them not showing up after 3 hours on an esurance roadside assistance call (esurance told me the tow truck would arrive in 30 minutes to an hour). However, when the tow truck driver arrived he said he was stuck on an emergency call before mine where a car had flipped over in the middle of a residential street. He said he told this to the esurance agent; so now I am not sure if the issue was him or more likely esruance not communicating the correct information to me.
The tow truck driver turned out to be VERY nice, friendly and super helpful. He even helped me with tips of what was wrong with my car. Despite the wait, good service and a friendly persona goes a long way ;-)

Absolutely the worst. I have AMEX premium roadside assistance which the CAPISTRANO happened to be the closest contractor. The AMEX customer rep told me they will arrive an hour later on 10:30, which they didn’t. After waited for another half an hour, the AMEX customer rep called me to rate their service. I was confused since nobody showed up or even called me, until then I found out the CAPISTRANO LIER company told AMEX they already picked me and my car up. This is more than ridiculous… It is a completely fraud. Avoid this place at all cost!

No stars! I hate this place! WORST EVER!!! I waited 2 hours for Mike to come help me 2 fkn hours! I kept getting the «be there in 10, be there in 20, be there in 20» until it finally hit 2 hours. Horrible place!

If I could give negative stars I would. They gave us 5 eta to tow our truck 1⁄3 of a mile. It took them 4 hours yes that’s right 4 hours to get there on a Sunday. They are liars they are crooks they could not even tow the truck themselves they asked my husband to help I was so mad I thought I was going to punch the idiot. Don’t use them don’t trust them the absolute worst I mean worst service I have ever encountered. IDIOTS
