I honestly can’t say enough good things about D-​Bugged Computers & Brandon. He went above & beyond our expectations working on our computers. Customer service on a scale of 1 — 10 is a 15! Will never call anyone else again! Thanks so much Brandon for all your hard work! =)

Have you ever gone to Starbucks drive-​thru? Be careful. They were rushing and didn’t put my lid on well so my hot coffee spilt all over my 3GS iPhone right after they handed it to me. I heard it «sizzle!» The worst feeling in the world! I came home and googled iphone repair and up popped D-​Bugged Computers. I spoke to Brandon on the phone and he walked me through what to do and not to do to my iPhone before he came to get it. They pick up and deliver which is great! I honestly thought it was a lost cause, but Brandon was very persistent and confident that he could fix the issues. He was incredibly nice to work with. It has been almost 2 months since the day my iPhone *sizzled* and it hasn’t lost a beat! It works perfectly! D-​Bugged Computers prices are fair and the work is top notch. I have already recommended them to all my friends on Facebook in case they have issues with their iPhone. You may have to wait a few extra days to get your iPhone up and working again, but you will save a lot of money from having to buy a new iPhone or going through Apple repair. I plan on having D-​Bugged work on my laptop which is not functioning at a high level right now. They are going to fix the glitches so it will be back to performing well again. So they do all types of computer repair, not just iPhone.

My husband discovered D-​Bugged when he happened to google iPhone repair for me when my phone had an unfortunate accident with the toilet! Luckily I was able to open up my phone and get all the moisture out, but inadvertently cracked my LCD screen when I was taking it apart. We contacted D-​Bugged and they responded right away. They had the best price for an LCD replacement, but the main attraction is they actually come to your house or wherever you are to fix your phone! They had to order my part first which I was okay with because I didn’t mind the wait… When they finally did get the part and came to my house to fix it 3 days later, Brandon discovered the LCD display he had received was DOA. A real bummer, but he made a commitment that he would try to get a resolution within the next 24 hours either way or refund my money. The very next day he suggested picking up my phone and taking it directly to LA to get the replacement part. I was amazed he was actually willing to go the extra mile to make sure and take care of my phone asap… Within 3 hours he returned with my completely repaired phone with new LCD display intact delivered to my doorstep! He showed a real commitment to make sure my phone was fixed even though the first LCD display was a dud. I have absolutely no qualms recommending D-​Bugged for all your tech repair needs!!!
