Very disappointing service, over charged for printer repair which turned out to be a simple cleaning with a cloth right in front of me. Symptoms re-​appeared in just 3 days. Wouldn’t honor the guarantee I was promised when I paid. a total of $ 85

Took my HP Office Jet here after I opened it at the wrong time and broke the spring. It’s too old to get parts, but they fixed it so it works fine and I don’t need to buy another one. And all for a very reasonable price too! I am a happy camper.
