Eric & his son at Heaven’s Best were GREAT! We had them clean both our home and our office. At our house we have a young son and two small dogs (who like to make messes in spite of my husband and I lol)… we had one room in particular that smelled like «dog» and had a few spots on the carpet. When they were through, the smell of dog was no longer there, I guess from the help of the Pet Enzyme that they use in their formulation, and the spots were completely gone! They were in and done cleaning a 3 bedroom, long hallway and a set of stairs, in about an hour and a half. Both of them worked extremely hard and did a great job! For our office, we had a few spots here and there, with areas that also showed high traffic, and in one specific room, we had oil stains all around the massage table… EVERYTHING WAS COMPLETELY OUT! I couldn’t believe how well it was cleaned. I won’t go into detail on how they clean, but it’s a lot different than the traditional carpet cleaners. The son, I forget his name, but explained everything to me, and I actually prefer their way of cleaning versus all the other techniques out there. They are amazing and I highly recommend them to all my friends and family! We will be calling you again in about 6 months! Thank you for your superb job and customer service! :)

When I made the appointment I was hoping for the day after our delivery. To my“very delighted’ surprise they were able to accommodate my timeline.

Terrific cleaning and friendly professional people! We have guests arriving for the holidays, and needed carpet cleaned and protected. In the past, other carpet cleaners used too much water and damaged the wood near carpet on the staircase. This crew did not, and the price was more reasonable, and the schedule was very accommodating. They took the time to do it right, got out trouble spots, and they were honest. No surprises on the price after they arrived or pressure to upsell. Such top service.

Great carpet cleaning job, and the only thing left behind was a fresh clean smell. Our carpet color is a light cream shade, and we have stairs too, plus it’s 8 years old. When Eric finished cleaning the carpet it looked beautiful, and smelled beautiful too.

We had used this company with the previous owners and were very impressed with the work done. The new owners are equally great. The cost was exactly what was quoted, the quality of work excellent, and they were very friendly too. I hired them to clean my parents apartment, and am having them back this week to clean my home and my office. I highly recommend them.

Hire them for a professional job– very conscience. They are a husband and wife team. They were pleasant and friendly. They cleaned very expensive upholstered dining chairs with a black and white print nicely. I will not hesitate to have them back to clean my carpet in the near future.
