TLS Laboratories

Since TLS is new to Unilocal I wanted to write this review ASAP.
If you have a water leak and can not find the source of the leak call TLS Labs immediately.
We had a leak in our big master bedroom window. No idea where the water came from. Was it the window, the frame or the stucco. All we knew, the window sill was seriously warped from puddles of water from the last major rain.
After calling numerous window /​window replacement companies and getting the run around (called 3, only 1 called us back. He said would love to sell you a window but it probably is not the window and our company would not touch it) we called TLS on the recommendation of a friend.
Gene the owner, came out to the house as scheduled. When Gene entered the home he immediately took off his shoes. Nice. Up to the master bedroom we go. Gene surveyed the window. Yep you have a leak. Gene gave us two options. Option one, go ahead and replace the 20 year old window or option two, do a water test to find the source of the leak… We went with option two. After two tests Gene and his crew found the leak. It was the window. Water leaking in under the bottom of the window frame.
I will follow up with a second review upon TLS completion of replacing the window and repair of the warped window sill.
