I love Togo’s. The sandwiches are great and the staff is super friendly. But they move at a snails pace! I’m a really patient guy, but our sandwiches took forever to make. The lady came in a good 5 minutes after we did and left the same time we did. She ordered two sandwiches, same as us. Seriously Togo’s, please just move with a sense of urgency!

Stop in this Togo’s every few weeks after visiting one of my customers. Always impressed by their customer service as they seem to pay more attention to what you might want. Perfect example… my son and I are sitting here eating our sandwiches right now, and one of the employees came over and asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. Very cool!

Haven’t been to a Togo’s in a while; glad I had an appointment nearby and stopped in. Ordered the Italian. Ingredients were super fresh, perfect ratio of meat, cheese and veggies. Server was very friendly and professional. I know it’s a sandwich shop, but it’s becoming more and more rare to find servers who take pride in what they do and maintain a positive attitude while the customer is deciding what bread they want, etc. Well done.

They put meat in their sandwiches, unlike subway I wish you could get refills on drinks. It’s behind the counter

This Togo’s is hit or miss. Our experience has been that if you come before 6pm you will get a pretty good sandwich but if you come after that your sandwich will be super on account of employees already«closing down» for the day. «Early evening bad sandwich making» has happened to us so often at this location that we now look at the clock before deciding to go here. I am surprised the management lets this happen.

I have been going to this TOGOS for years. I love love love their food or should I say I did. This passed Monday night I visited like I normally do to get a #3 on sourdough with everything. The sandwich tasted amazing just like it always does. Three hours later I fell so ill. Over the next two days I seriously felt like I was going to die. The worst food poisoning of my life. I know TOGOS is to blame because I had nothing else to eat that day. It’s easy to say that I may not eat TOGOS for years now after this horrible episode. Please please please if your in the food service industry protect the consumer and our health. Make sure your employees are following proper sanitary procedures. Sorry TOGOS I did love you.

Good service and a great sandwich. Daily specials are legit. Can get busy during the lunch rush.

Free refills on drinks. A Unilocal Check-in offer for a free drink with purchase. TOGO’s also mails coupons periodically. Clean tables, clean environment, pleasant music playing in the franchise. Employees here are cheerful with a helpful, «can-do» attitude. They listen to what you’re saying. My sandwich(The #5 Turkey, Cranberry sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, and red onions) was made the way I wanted it. Tasty! Tom T. enjoyed his meal and did not go for a free refill. Quick meal and a great value. Good for lunch or dinner. They do catering.

Great place to get a really good sandwich made to your specifications, chips and a drink. I usually get a #3 Turkey and Cheese(LARGE) with mayo/mustard, provolone cheese and lettuce. I don’t know why, but their sandwiches usually come out better than what I make at home, so I come here off and on for my sandwich fix. When I want a really filling messy sandwich I get the BBQ Beef sandwich with mustard and cheese(can’t be beat imo). Super yummy, filling, and messy! The staff is always really nice, and make my sandwich(es) really well!(Get the sandwich of the day if you can to save a little). I usually get my order to-go, but it’s a nice atmosphere(in a nice shopping center) if you want to stay and eat. There is a nice sized TV to watch sports or whatever as well.

I don’t see what all the fuss is about, I’ve been to Togo’s plenty of times and the staff is always friendly and very attentive to detail. I recommend getting the sandwich of the day since you’ll save a few bucks!

ZEROSTARS!!! The kid overcharged us(based on other reviews it seems like he has a habit of this) The place is dirty and the service and employees are just terrible. Food reflects this as well. There is a much better Togo’s located at 24751 Alicia Pkwy in Laguna Hills, the owner is almost always there and the employees like their jobs and DON’T overcharge! This is worth the extra drive, believe me!

I like this spot. Its never really that busy, which is a good thing. One thing I like about Togos, its they are consistent to all locations for the most part. They dont honor the drink«check — in offer» when you get the sandwich of the day. Its good here and just the same as other locations.

Unfortunately, I never realized you could mess up a sandwich. I asked for extra pickles and received one pickle per side of sandwich. The bread was extremely dry, so dry I could barely bite into it. The employees were not very friendly and when I asked for extra extra pickles I was then given two more(total). I ended up throwing half of the sandwich away because it was inedible. The sandwich was overpriced and terrible, wouldn’t recommend it.

I ordered a sandwich over the phone on Friday and was honestly a little miffed because when I got back to my office it was wrong. So I called and they said they would replace it for free. Fast forward to today — Monday my mortal enemy, I remembered my free sandwich and go in to get it along with two co-workers orders. Not only did they replace it with the new sandwich of my choice, but the guy who got my order wrong before took ownership and apologized — so sweet. The entire time the customer service was above and beyond excellent right down to the cashier guy who helped me ring each order separately. And let me just say the blonde girl(don’t remember her name she had pigtails) she got my order just right, down to the diced peppercinis that I love so much, Plus the bread was super soft Togo’s was in rare form today so good I had to call them back and let them know what a wonderful job they did — KUDOS!

This is my husband’s go-to place for sandwiches. He always gets the pastrami sandwich and the egg salad sandwich. I’d love to try their salads next time — looks great and very reasonable! Also their daily specials are great too — for $ 5, you can get a half sandwich plus drink and chips! Can’t beat that!

Why are people being so critical about Togo’s on here? You pay for you get people, which is 5 bucks for a sandwich. I have never had a bad visit on the 3 occasions I’ve been here. Some old dude by the name of Robert S was calling some poor teenager an SOB on his review of this place. He had a bad experience with the egg salad sandwich he got so he’s gonna call some teenager an sob? People relax

For the price, I’m just not loving Togo’s. I came in here the other night with my wife and used $ 10 worth of coupons for our dinner: she got a $ 5 combo deal and I got a 9″ chicken sandwich. Some things you should know – they don’t have a foot-long sandwich at Togo’s. Their large sandwich is 9″ and it cost me $ 7.19 for mine. No «five, five dollar, five dollar foot-long» here. The $ 5 combo is a good deal but it’s limited to one specific sandwich for each day of the week. Is it Thursday? Well, the only combo that is five bucks is the roast beef sandwich one… sandwich, chips, and a drink for five bucks – but ya gotta come on a day that you actually like the advertised special. Meh. And I’m fairly certain Togo’s doesn’t even bake their own bread… nor do they have spinach as a veggie to choose for your ‘wich. And this location has their drink machine behind the counter so you have to ask an employee to refill your soda for you. They’ve got an HDTV on one wall and offer a free drink to anyone that flashes their student ID – so those are decent perks… but I’d rather get a better deal and better bread from Subway.

Avoid at all costs. I explained to the counter guy that this was my first time at Togo’s and asked him for some help with the menu. This SOB suggested a sandwich which was on the lunch special I hadn’t seen and then charged me the regular price just for the sandwich, which was more than the special with chips. What an SOB. Last time I’ll ever go to a Togo’s. The Togo sandwich was tasteless. Stick with Subway for great prices and service, or Jersey Mike’s for luscious meats.

These people really hate their jobs. And each other. I have been going here for the past few years maybe once a month. Each time I go in it’s someone new(not a good sign) who is equally upset about having to perform said responsibilities that come with Togo’s employment. I’m so sorry I asked for wheat bread and you have to walk three feet to get it. I’m so sorry I didn’t want mayo, and you just doused it. I’m so sorry I want extra pepperchinis… although she didn’t hear the last part because she was yelling for a «ring» and throwing my sandwich in the bag. Then the ringer is obviously annoyed that she has to now do her job. Oh and if you miss this small window to hand over your money, you’re stuck in limbo while the sandwich girl yells«NEXT» over your head and the ringer goes to miserably help someone else. It’s a sad, sad place. I still like the taste, but I feel like I got too close to dementors every time I leave there. I won’t be going back to this location.

I work ~1 block from this Togo’s and refuse to even eat here again. Went there with my coworkers and since I rarely go to Togo’s I look at their«Most Popular» list of sandwiches and ordered a Cranberry Turkey sandwich. In my mind I thought, «O fresh cranberries sounds really good and light for lunch» But when I saw them bust out a tub of red gel, and smear it onto my friend I was like, only crap what did I order. I am not exaggerating when I say gel, it was not jelly or a sauce. It looked like the worker cut it with the oversized spoon and smashed it on the bread. There was no trace of cranberries at all. The worker asks what I wanted on the sandwich and I just said everything. I zone out and when I look down all I see in my sandwich was lettuce and tomatoes. I was like. errrrr don’t you have onions, olives, spinach, and bell peppers? I take a bite of it and it was just way too sweet. It was clear that the cranberry gel had a lot of preservatives in it. I ended up wiping the gel off with a napkin and ate the turkey inside the sandwich.
