Had chocolate and cinnamon coconut ice cream. They were both delicious and very strong and pure flavored. The owner is also very proud about the farm fresh and raw ingredients. It all adds up to a delicious and refreshing snack

Such a wonderful find! Fabulous service, great products, and wonderful intention and sustainability. Delicious coconut water & meat in the whole coconut– my husband and I could not stop thinking about it all day afterwards! We also had the coconut ice cream, which was unbelievably delicious, with only two ingredients(coconut cream and coconut sugar). We don’t do dairy and have had a ton of dairy-free ice creams, so believe when we say that this is worth experiencing! We can’t wait to go back!

You’ll be remiss if you don’t try dis! Amazing dairy free coconut ice cream! We were lucky to stumble upon the Coconut Caboose truck just as they were setting up Saturday morning. Little did we know we were in for a treat… who knew ice cream could be healthy! The owner’s are involved in every step of the process from growing the coconut trees, to harvesting the coconuts, to making and serving the juices/desserts with Aloha spirit. Visit Coconut Caboose!

These guys know coconuts, fresh and cool plus they have some unique drinks and ice cream. We had a couple traditional coconuts, after drinking the water Louie cut them up for the coconut dish. Great view of Honolua Bay as we enjoyed them!

Love love love this place. Shaved ice was amazing. Dropped the first one within 30 seconds of having it in my hands, the owners gave me a replacement without even asking, parents had the coconut icecream, it was incredible. Bro and sis had coconut water. I saw a complaint about how it’s a bit pricey, but in reality it’s not. I forgot how many coconuts it takes to make one of those ice cream cups… And trust me it’s worth the $ 7. The shaved ice was incredible. Not to sweet, just right. Don’t panic, it’s organic!

Stumbled upon the Coconut Caboose this afternoon when we were looking for a shrimp truck that we had read about. Enjoyed talking with the owners of the caboose and hearing about their processes for making their products. Tried the fresh pressed panini juice, which was very good, and was curious about the coconut ice cream, but didn’t order it initially. Then I was offered a small sample of it and that hooked me! It was fresh, organic, all natural, creamy, dairy free and DELICIOUS!!! I am not a big ice cream person, but I would definitely go back for more! It was that good :) 4 stars instead of 5 because we felt it was a bit pricey, but we hope the business does well for the young owners, as they do have some wonderful products!
