Very nice people that work in the gallery!

Brian Connolly was fantastic to work with from the moment we walked in the door. No pressure to buy, asked about our interests and what we preferred. As we walked by different works, he was able to give us personal information about each artist. Brian is knowledgeable of the art, artists, framing, and great at helping us add to our art collection. We ended up buying more than we initially thought we were going to because he was so easy to work with. There was no pressure to buy, and his stories of the art added to our interest. We know the pieces will be perfect in our home because he took the time to show us our pieces, the framing, and working from our photos on our phone. In addition, he told us our artist will be in town shortly and ‘personalize’ our pieces for us. Brian really went above and beyond. He made us feel like a friend, not a customer. We look forward to having a long relationship with Brian and the gallery. As long as he is there we will be back.

Aggressive, high pressure sales guys will creep out on you, staying 2 – 3 steps behind you the entire time. One of the dickhole salespeople accused my mom of not understanding English when she tried to nicely brush him off. Screw this place and its terrible, overpriced garbage art.

I have created this Unilocal account because of my experience here. We were vacationing in Hawaii and hit probably every gallery on Front Street, I’m guessing around 30 different ones.
Michael Peters greeted us upon entry and was absolutely excellent. We got two pieces custom framed and shipped home. Mike was knowledgeable and very helpful.
There was a small problem down the road, through no fault of his or the gallery. Mike was great and able to rectify it for us quickly, responding and working with us while on his day off! He also provided great communication throughout, even when we were back up to keep us updated on progress.
I would gladly work with him and the gallery again on future purchases. You don’t see this type of personal service anymore.
No hard sell. No pushing. Just helpful.
He was even able to introduce us to the actual artist (Tabora) as he was in the gallery later that evening. We got a photograph with the artist and our artwork and had a very nice conversation.

I thought the art in here was great! I loved the painter who paints on curved wood surfaces, apparently he has even patented or trademarked the use of curved frames to fit his curved paintings. I also loved the artist who painted the windows that looked out onto the beach. And I loved the artist who painted the animals! There was a cute one of a dog doing yoga I loved. Overall good selection. I didn’t find the staff mean or demanding, they were nice and helpful.
