Maui Island Creations

I left a review on google too but I want the owners to hear me so…
I vacationed in Hawaii 2 months ago, visited Maui Island Creations, and bought a few souvenirs for the kids. The souvenirs were great but the lady at the front counter charged my card 4 times because the printer was out of paper. I told her that the transactions were going through but she kept doing it and said after that they would be canceled. As I thought, the transactions went through. I have been calling to contact the owners for a refund for the last 6 weeks, every time I get the same lady (who doesn’t speak very good English) telling me to call back at [insert specified time] and every time I get this same lady again. The last few times she says she’ll leave a note for them to call me but I haven’t got a call yet.
Maybe I’ll get a call this time? I will remove my review once I get my refund for the duplicated charges.

Earlier tonight (around 5:20), I asked the kiosk woman what time she closed tonight. Her response: 9:00PM. After the Old Lahaina Luau, at exactly 8:47, I approached the woman because I knew exactly what magnet I wanted (a fish that had ‘Maui’ on it) and had $ 5 dollar bill in my hand, to make her job easier. Half of the kiosk was closed up and I asked, «Can I lift this part up? I know exactly what magnet I want and have my cash right here!» Showing her the cash. Her response, «No, we are closed.» So rude and lacking costumer service. All I wanted was a magnet saying «Maui,» but Nooo this lady had a different idea. RUDE

I came here last week for a quick souvenir shopping for my co workers and friends.
Their selection are fantastic and unique, the salesladies are very very helpful. They are in the Lahaina Cannery Mall.

This place is very nice and not to expensive the sales people are very helpfull and their merchandise is very good. It is a very small store right next to Longs Drugs.
