for your help booking my brother’s family (Valdez) at B33G1; my in-laws (Wright) at G26T5; and for fielding my many phone calls and emails for my own bookings at B32G4 and B16G4, not only this year, but as your repeat guest.
Valerie is great to work with, and she is genuinely enthusiastic for my vacation to be everything Maui-jestic every time my family uses Quam Properties.
We are repeat guests with this being our fourth year to return to Maui as Valerie’s guest in the best Kapalua villas!

I will totally do business with this company in the future. Well organize and professionals. Before our trip we received a call of reminder that payment for our reservation will be deducted from out account. Few days later we received a packaged with all that good info and receipt for our reservation with a map of maui and they even took time to print things to do in the island. Thank you Quam, I’m glad to had done business with you.

It’s taken me more than a year to write this review (sorry!), but I still remember the great service we got from Quam Properties during our stay at the Kahana Reef in October 2011. The reservation process was very easy, and the staff was very courteous and friendly.
The unit we stayed in, 422, was wonderful. When there was a minor problem with the garbage disposal, they sent someone out right away to fix it. After we got home from our trip, I realized my credit card was missing, and I called Quam to see if it may have been found in the unit. The maids found it buried in the sofa, and Quam mailed it to me promptly. To top things off, they sent us a lovely holiday card in December.
We will definitely be staying at the same unit again in the future. I highly recommend Quam Properties (and unit 422 at Kahana Reef). Thanks Quam.
