This was the second surf shop I visited while walking along Front street. My friends and I couldn’t help but notice how terrible their customer service was. There was no greet and no one offered their assistance. The sales girl was busy playing with her hair and staring off into space. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t expect a mind blowing experience here. But is it too much trouble to greet with a smile??? Obviously in this store customer service is not a priority. That’s a shame!
