I would HIGHLY recommend anyone at Soliel Luna for your hair and makeup! I booked both services for my wedding day and was not disappointed one bit. I had ideas of what I wanted and the stylist made my hair look even better than the ideas I brought in. She also was willing to curl my both of nieces hair right before the wedding as a last minute service. I’m so happy with how my hair turned out and I will remember the experience forever! Thanks ladies for making my day so special!

Best salon on Maui. Nikki and Paige are the best! They do amazing hair and make up. Overall salon is neat, clean and pretty. I had a horrible traveling experience from NY and they made us all feel comfortable and at ease. (us meaning my maid of honor, my mother and I)
they were so professional and punctual.
I told Nikki I wanted a classic vintage theme and she nailed it. My hair and make up came out perfect. I got married on Mt Haleakala at Sunset. Nikki def knows hair bc my hair stayed in place the entire ceremony. My mother and maid of honor absolutely loved their hair and make up! Sweetest girls I ever met. I’ll remember it always thanks for everything!

I made an appointment for an up-​do for my wedding, a simple affair with just me and my groom. Peyton did a fabulous job, working with the pictures is brought for ideas. She made sure everything was going to stay put for my beach wedding with lots of hairspray. In the end, it was a gorgeous partial up-​do with a beaded headband entwined in my hair. Everyone loved it! I’d definitely recommend going to see Peyton for fabulous style!

They sugar!!! If you haven’t tried sugar hair removal, you’re missing out. It’s 100% better than waxing. I didn’t think anyone on Maui did sugaring so I was really happy when I found Soleil Luna. Even better, I was ECSTATIC with they’re service. Aimee was great & I’ll go back in a heartbeat. Mahalo

I am from New York and came to Maui for vacation and needed a Brazilian Wax. I’ve been to so many salons and this place was amazing. Dana was not only informative she was patient. I didnt know which wax to use and she guided me on what works best for me. She did a great job quick and painless! She taught me about creating a new routine since I’ve been wrong all these years! She told me to keep in touch if I had any questions and was a total sweetheart! I HIGHLY Recommend her for waxing!

I loved this salon! I just moved to Maui not long ago from the mainland and had a wonderful experience with Peyton! I showed her photos of what I wanted done to my hair (balayage highlighting) and she made my dream a reality! She also cut my hair and added layers in a way I couldn’t even imagine! I *love* my hair! Dana is amazing! I always considered myself super low-​maintenance, and I never really thought about getting someone to shape my eyebrows – frankly that seemed ridiculously girly and unnecessary. Wow, was I wrong! Dana is an eyebrow genius!
My eyes are extremely sensitive, but Dana was meticulous and considerate. She even called the day after my first session to make sure my eyes were ok.
She is detail oriented and has a vision for each individual person. I’m uploading before and after shots (which, if you knew me, is very unlike me) so you can see the difference a few months make.
Unbelievable!
Make an appointment! You will never go back!

I’ve been going to Soleil Luna for a couple of years now and was so happy to find them! I’m a regular of Dana’s and she is the absolute best at facials and eyebrow waxing! They have a wide variety of services and work hard to accommodate my last minute appointments ;)

I haven’t had my hair done in forever. I was spending 10 days I’m Maui and felt like trying something new. Peyton did a great job on my cut and bayalage, and my daughters cut! Knew exactly what to do with bayalage technique, and helped me pick colors that were subtle but blended well. She is such a sweet girl and so refreshing to spend a couple hours with. Now I look like I’ve just left the beach with a tan and beautiful natural looking hair color. I would highly recommend this salon.

Wow, so I live here half the year and I’m blonde highlights kinda scary to go to someone you don’t know, let me tell you I have never been happier wendy the owner did my hair she is amazing and from one business owner to another SHE CARES! I took my mom there a week later couldn’t get in to wendy but amanda did her hair AMAZING ! great place, we’ll trained staff, owner hands on, FIVE STARS!!!

Nikki did my hair for a photo shoot a couple weeks ago and she did an amazing job! I’ve had my hair done by many stylists in the past, and I have to say Nikki was by far the quickest and most natural at what she does. My hair looked very beautiful and not overdone. I highly recommend her

LOVE, love, love coming to this salon! Aimee always makes you feel welcome — like an old friend you haven’t seen in a while! She has an awesome, sweet & down to earth personality. If you need a wax (ladies), she makes it painless (kind of :3) & not an awkward experience at all! Super great pricing on the waxing as well! Been coming here since 2014 :) and will continue to for the great hospitality.

I didn’t have time before leaving home to get all of my self care to dos done. I had a tough time finding a place to get waxed close to my hotel (Sheraton) that wasn’t a billion dollars like the hotel spas. I found Soleil Luna on Unilocal,and although it seemed like their specialty was mostly hair, I decided it seemed like the best bet. I took a shuttle over from the hotel to Lahaina outlets and walked 2 blocks over to the salon.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that they offered sugaring in addition to regular waxes, so I opted for that! Amanda was very pleasant and friendly, and we had a nice conversation while she worked on me. I don’t think she was as experienced with sugaring as the lady I see back home, but she got the job done quickly and (mostly) painlessly. Definitely would come back to see her again!

Nikki! You are the BEST! Came into this salon a few days after getting married on Maui. I had been growing my hair long for the wedding and planned to cut it short after the wedding so that’s exactly what I did! My hair was down my back and I asked Nikki to do what she does best and chop it! She cut about 7 inches off, layered it up and straightened it for me so I could see how it would look styled. I was so nervous coming into a salon I had never been to let alone in a different state that I live in but Nikki did such a fabulous job! Now I’m sad that I won’t be able to see her again until my next visit to Maui! Thank you, Nikki for doing such a wonderful job, being so friendly and sweet and giving me the best cut I’ve ever had!

My mom, maid of honor, and I had awesome hair updos by Niki Guy. I was a little nervous going to a place on the day of my wedding where I’ve never been before, but other reviewers and photos helped confirm that this please is great for brides coming from the mainland to get married in Maui. The salon is cute, the staff is friendly, and the outcomes are perfect for Maui outdoor weddings. My hair held up to the breeze and beach air. I wish their salon was back home in Chicago!

Thank you Wendy and Amanda for my amazing up-​do and make-​up, respectively. The staff was very attentive and courteous. Both listened to my requests and gave me great feedback… as a result tons of great pictures and compliments on my hair and make-​up. I probably went to this salon a total of 5 times in a 3 week period.
3 times for my hair — wedding hair, and 2x for color after the wedding. It was so gorgeous! Amanda Kwan did my ombré, and she did exactly as I wanted and asked for. (I had to go back twice because my hair was extremely black and I wanted it blonde)
2 times for lashes by Nikki and she was amazing! Wow! Not one time was I uncomfortable and she is quick! I normally dread the end when they have to pull ur eye lids apart because of the glue, but somehow Nikki is able to do that with zero issue. Seriously amazing.
I wish I could bring the salon home with me:(
