Tommy Bahamas is always great!!! Lisa was a great waitress! Had the ahi tuna and chicken lollipops! Awesome! But!!! The dessert!!! The pineapple Crème brûlée is amazing! So is the chocolate Oreo pie and coconut cake!

Amazing service. Gave me credit for a promotion without question and even validated parking. Will always recommend. Rhodora was fantastic. Great polos and shoes.

The Whalers Village had a male sales person on Sunday Sep 14, 2014 who definately did not demonstrate the Aloha spirit. I was visiting at the noon hour. I wanted to purchase a designer beach chair and use it for the week and pay for them to mail it home to me. I had previously did this at the Kukui Ula Tommy Bahama store the week before. They were so kind to me I felt like family. I was not happy with how I was treated and he made the difference between my purchasing a chair or not. I did not purchase the chair. If he keeps his sales position he definately requires education on how to act like you care and show some aloha spirit!

Great store! Fun and helpful employees. Makes you feel comfortable and able to have a good time while shopping. I recommend it for anyone looking for some nice resort ware and also for souvenirs/​gifts for your friends and family back home. Definitely worth visiting! They really CARE about their customers and remember them.

Went back for more flip flops (seriously get them). Got my brothers girlfriend a present and my husband got another shirt. These employees are amazingly nice to everyone. I wish I could bring the store home with us

We needed to get a pair of shorts for my husband, to replace the ones he’d forgotten to bring but had selected to wear to our friend’s wedding. Swim trunks just wouldn’t do for the occasion :)
So we went to Tommy Bahama, thinking we’d find something a little bit more elegant than the trunks, but still casual and light. And we did, we found some very nice black linen-​ish (probably synthetic, honestly, but breatheable and with great texture) shorts. The 5 stars, though, is for the gentleman who made conversation with us there, joked about giving us the honeymoon suite of dressing rooms, and regularly checked in with us. Truly amazing service.
Plus, it’s always so thoughtfully laid out in this store — a pleasure to shop.

This Tommy Bahama by far has the best customer service. My husband and I shop here often. The staff takes the time to start fitting rooms for us and they assist us if we need other sizes. The selection is updated often, so if you see something you like, you better grab it! Also, on a side note– try the candles! They smell incredible and make amazing gifts!

One of our two favorite Tommy Bahama stores! This store is well stocked. We had gone to Wailea and found a shirt that my husband loved but they did not have it in the size and color that he wanted so we went and checked if they had it at the Whaler’s Village location. They actually did not have it, but they managed to order it for us and have it shipped, for free, to our home.
GREAT customer service and knowledge of their product in this location! We will definitely continue to shop at this location!

This was the most ridiculous shopping experience I had while on Maui. My future husband and I went, with cash in hand mind you, to buy two really nice shirts. But guess what my friends? You have to be size L or larger to shop here! NO JOKE! They didn’t have a shirt that would fit! All too big! And the «sales persons» couldn’t have cared less. As soon as they realized that we were medium they simply walked away! Love the shirt, hate this store!

How fitting to have a Tommy Bahama right here in Whaler’s Village, my favorite beachside outdoor shopping mall. It was a little small inside and most of it was bathing suits. I thought it was cool that they had a version of their signature men’s silk shirt that said Maui on it.
