Great store. Friendly service. Awesome prices. Lake Arrowhead is stunning, and this is just another reason to take the drive out there.

Popped in for some last minute holiday shopping and my man Chuck was super helpful. I already like Arrowhead and this was another great experience.

Had to meet Emily, I was well greeted and she remembered my name when she placed my order a few months ago, looking forward to purchasing more, this place is highly recommended, thanks to all the employees here, keep up the great service.

Wow! The service in this place is amazing. My wife and I where looking for a blanket as a gift. A sales person asked if we needed help. We described what we were looking for. She said they didn’t have it but should check another store. I expected a call in about a week. In a hour the other store had called and we did the purchase over the phone. When I hung up I had a voice mail from the store telling me the other store had it and the stores phone number. 30 minutes later the store called back to make sure I got the message. All this despite the store being packed and them giving everyone the same level of service. This was our 3^rd and won’t be our last.

Never realized this awesome store was in the village. Great selection! Great prices. Husband I bought four items each for a total of $ 187. Quality merchandise. Friendly staff. Plan to shop here a couple times a year!

I became obsessed with collecting Pendleton board shirts so this place is like a gold mine to me. The shirts normally retail for $ 105-​$ 115 but here they are $ 80. Get on their emailing list and find out when they have sales for even better deals like buy one get the 2^nd for 50%. Emily always takes care of me whenever I visit there. She’s very helpful and friendly. She has even called me to inform me when a new shipment is arriving. Also there are other shops and places to eat in the village so it’s a cool place to spend a weekend afternoon.

Being from Long Beach, CA, I enjoy when my fiancé and family come up here every Thanksgiving, and even more when we partake in Black Friday.
We love Pendleton, for their beautiful garments, in arrays of colors and lets not forget the Virgin Wool people. But I digress, as I tend to do during reviews.
Another great reason we shop here year after year is because of the outstanding customer service. Store manager Ellen is so very helpful to her customers and loves the products Pendleton has to offer.
She truly made my day yesterday assisting me in purchasing my 1^st Pendleton Blanket. Towards the end of my transaction I shared with her that my fiancé and I were to be married in 6 short months up in Arrowhead. She then smiled and gave us a small token on behalf of Pendleton. A 2013 Pendleton Christmas Ornament. I was so thankful and got a little teary eyed. Thanks Ellen for making our trip so wonderful. Your very kind.

A fun place to browse but Pendleton products are overpriced for my taste.

Somewhat lackluster as a store. If you like the brand then they probably have some good deals, but I can’t say anything caught my eye. Also, they have enormous, super seemingly uncomfortable ethnic-​looking blankets. So, if you need some of those, they’ve got them.
