Awesome service! Leven is a Marine vet and local business owner who goes out of his way to make sure his customers get what they need. He was worked on a couple of my hot tubs and they look amazing one he leaves. His monthly prices can’t be beat and does a great job. He is expanding and doing his best to make sure his staff are adequately trained and knowledgable. I was speaking to him the other day and he is taking one of the local high school kids under his wing this summer to teach him the trade and give him a summer job. That is awesome. I highly recommend that you reach out to him and even redeem this his Unilocal deal. It is worth it. Give them a try!

UPDATE: Well Leven came back out to our house yesterday Wed. 7−1−15 to reconnect the wires for the hot tub after repairing several leaks on Saturday 6−27−15. The power was turned on, the spa fired right up. Two areas where the leaks had been repaired were dripping at the repair connector. Leven affixed two clamps in those areas and the drips stopped. We monitored the tub running for a while and discovered that all leaks seem to be fixed. Job well done in my opinion. Now I will monitor the areas for a few days before putting sides back on. Thanks.

After my first encounter with this company, I had high hopes for superior service. However, I tried scheduling a service and was met with several no shows, forcing me to do my best to repair the issue myself.
Unfortunately, I decided to give them another try after he told me he was attempting to train a new employee. No shows and excuses x3 weeks now, and I’M DONE. I would HIGHLY recommend AVOIDING the headaches of dealing with this company. 1 star is being generous, in my opinion.
