All American Appliance Service

My washing machine had broken and I was referred by a friend to call All American Appliance. I spoke with Bill (the owner) and explained that I have a fairly new machine, it was leaking from the bottom and the spin cycle didn’t seem to be kicking in. He told me to try to run a spin cycle with my washer & then call him back to let him know what happened. I called back and left a message. The next day, I still had not heard back from him so I called and left another message (this time saying my phone number twice just to make sure he got it). Still no response. I called the third day and left another message. Still no reply.
I was so disappointed because he came highly recommended from a trusted friend and he couldn’t even give me the courtesy to call me back either to say he couldn’t fix the machine, didn’t have time or whatever his reason was.

Today, Bill (the owner?) came out to assess a leak in our six year old washing machine. He found that a screw was loose on the cold water inlet valve. He tightened it and took not of the valve part number in case it failed again. He refused payment. Several years ago, he found the washer DOA. That time, he didn’t charge either. We have used him many times over many years. Always fair and honest. I mean… who makes a service call and doesn’t charge for it?

Our igniter went out in our dryer and after going to another appliance shop here in Lake Elsinore we got a defective part and they wouldn’t replace or refund our money. We decided after driving by this shop all the time to give them a call. Bill personally delivered the part to us in less than 5 minutes and for half the price of the other place. Highly recommend!

I guess I need to tell the owner to claim his site. This is by far the best place in the area. I have never dealt with a business that has such honesty and integrity. Bill, the owner, probably doesn’t need a Unilocal review because of his reputation and word of mouth, but still felt compelled to write them a review. We have used them for as long as we have lived in Lake Elsinore (25 years), and his service is impeccable!
