Brandi is my girl! She gets me and my hair. This place is not only awesome, they have drinks and snacks for you while you wait. Very nice staff and top notch place. Well worth the $ 20 for me. Highly recommend this place. Try to make appointments. Walk-​ins might be a bit hard.

Once you start going here you will never want to go anywhere else. I would always get my haircuts from random barber shops and franchise locations. I was then informed of Anasa. After my first apt I knew I would never go anywhere else to get my haircut the service is great and the hair cuts are top notch. In addition the pricing is very affordable. Brandie Cuts my hair and she is consistent and just amazing. If you are looking for a new place to start getting your hair cut I highly recommend coming here.

Julia and Brandi are wonderful! Met with them today for a consultation for hair and makeup for an upcoming event and my daughter is thrilled to get done up for the day, and loved all of the ideas they suggested. Julia is knowledgeable about color correction as well, and is so sweet and caring towards her clients.

I have always had GREAT service here with Brandi! Very relaxing and a great place to get everything you need done in one spot! I’d highly recommend Anasa to all of my friends and family! I look forward to coming back here again!

Always wonderful coming into the salon! I come for my nails with Linda. The selection she has for acrylics is awesome, so much fun! My mom & I have been coming to her for years. My nails always look beautiful! She is fun, gentle & did I say fun! The salon has a great atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Julia was great! She patiently sat and listened to what I was looking to accomplish with my hair. She made great suggestions, and we met in the middle and I love the outcome. This place is awesome! I am usally really sceptical of going to a new place. I have had a lot of bad experiences with my hair in the past. Not here. They were aware of the fact that I get very nervous and treated me so well. I had Brandi do my hair and she. talked me through it the whole way. I would most definitely recommend this place to my friends and family. They did an amazing job cutting and styling my hair!

I went to Anasa salon because they had really awesome reviews here on Unilocal.I was nervous because I’ve always had a vision of how I wanted my hair, but it never came out the way I wanted. But when I went to this salon for the first time, I called to make an appointment and asked the receptionist for reassurance that the stylist she was setting me up with was «really good» with modern hair cuts. BRANDI was seriously amazing! She’s so down to earth, listened to what I wanted and really guided me instead of deciding for me what would look best! She cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted and what I’ve been dreaming of doing forever!!! I am happy! My husband loves my hair and I won’t go to anyone else! Brandi is awesome!!! If you book with her, tell her Samantha recommended you. :) thank you!!!

Great place and service. Everyone was nice. A lot of services offered here, even massages! I liked my hair but didn’t love it too much. I asked for layers (the V look) but it was cut straight.

I have been coming here for over 2 years and have never found a better place that gives me that personal touch. Na is great at mani/​pedis and I really like how I am treated here. Sarah is my hair dresser and listens to what I want too, to make the best look for me.

So, I needed a haircut quickly and today was the last day I could get one all week. I called Anasa Salon in Lake Elsinore and the team got me in asap! Julia did an amazing job on my hair and took everything I had concerns about, into consideration. She took care of me and my hair, and I can’t wait to come back for another cut! Couldn’t have had a better visit than what I was lucky to have today Thanks Julia and Anasa Salon!

This is hard. I want to give you 4 stars for your salon, but I really loved Tristan, so I feel that she deserves 5 starts. She was great! Kind, professional, helpful, intelligent, and met all of my needs as a client. I really appreciated her taking the time to explain the cost, cut, color and process. She spent a lot of time with me and I felt I was in good hands. She’s a gem! I will definitely recommend her services.
That being said, there were other things about the salon that did not measure up and distracted from an overall very pleasant experience.
Pros: 1) Really nice location. Attractive décor as you walk in… except, is the plant outside dying or dead? That should be fixed.
2) Love the products that you use and have for sale.
3) Complimentary beverages are a nice touch. Not necessary to offer wine, but I took advantage of it and it was cold and good.
4) Was overall pretty clean. Had a hard time with the frayed towels, dirty floorboards and stained overhead tiles. Yuck. But, it wasn’t covered with grime, I just think you could do better. Trust me, your customers, especially your discerning, upscale clientèle that you are looking to attract IS noticing these things.
5) Front staff was kind and helpful. Phone staff was kind and helpful. The owner, I think, came over to say how nice my hair looked. That was kind. However, it would have been very nice for her to have introduced herself as the manager and talked to me in a more familiar way. I had no idea who she was.
Cons: Oh boy! This is a BIG ONE for me. There was a lot of clutter. I heard the nail technician loudly talking about how much nail polish there is in the back and how she is right out in the middle of the salon, which is true. The nail tech, who’s name I have forgotten, had her daughter, granddaughter (2 years) and grandson (6 months?) there off and on the whole time I was there. They were just hanging out. The tech would do nails and then hold and entertain her grandkids. Is this a nice salon or Tiny Tots? If her daughter was a legitimate customer, then that is fine, but really, do you need to bring all of your kids with you? And this was in a small space as well. The daughter was reprimanding the little girl loudly and I was just trying to sip my wine and enjoy my 150 + dollar experience. As I paid for my services, the little girl was up in the front whining to the woman at the front desk to get her another sucker. Really? I am all for children. I have two little ones at home. But, I don’t bring them to the salon with me because I know it will infringe on other’s experience. It is not a right to bring your kids to the salon. If they are having a service done, that is one thing. But just looking for free babysitting? I think not.

I have been going back to Anasa for five months now, every 6 weeks and Julia is still the very best. I have not been disappointed once and love the service. The wait is never too long, they are all very patient with children, and the little personalized touches make it a great experience. I still stand by my original review and give them my highest recommendation.

I would not go to Letty for hair service
again. Not very confident or free with
offering her advice to me. Especially
to a new customer who waited quite
some time for her service in the first
place. She wasn’t accommodating
to me, gave me poor customer service,
and appeared to want to go home rather
than provide me with a color and cut.
I left the salon and booked with someone
else who was highly recommended.
