Stopped by here with my boyfriend to look at rings. The prices were through the roof and they were selling diamonds that were not properly graded (a J diamond that literally looked lower than a M). The settings we also wanted to make was 2x the price of another respected jeweler we met in Los Angeles in the jewelry district (who is quite famous on the internet forums for his custom rings). Save your money and buy a diamond online thats GIA graded and by learning the 4C’s on pricescope. I think they thought we were uneducated about diamonds and maybe high balled us. Just to note, we did not meet with the owner but another male worker.

Jim is all about CUSTOMER SERVICE! He was such a great guy to work with on getting my wife a beautiful 25 year anniversary diamond ring. She continues to receive compliments on the originality and beauty of the diamond color/​clarity. Will continue to get future gifts from Arbi’s for many years to come.
