Dont eat here, got food poisoning from there sour dough jack. I will never go here again! The only reason they got a star is because it won’t let me give them a zero!

I come to this jack in the box all the time including today. Once again my order was not correct. I ordered a side salad and they did not put the dressing or croutons in the bag. That should be common sense. I ordered 8 tacos and only 1 had cheese, I could not find any cheese in the others. Always check your order at the drive thru window for consistency. If you ask for no onions make sure to check there are no onions, check that your order has the correct amount of bacon. If you order a Jumbo Jack check to make sure don’t get a JR Jack. No matter what time of time day you go you will most likely experience some sort off issue with your order. Everyone working there needs to be retrained on Corporate standers.

QUALITYCONTROLPLEASE. Don’t expect much from this location. Sadly, we do visit this location as it is often on our way. From our experiences, make it a point to do the following if you order or visit this location. 1) ALWAYS double check your order, especially if you request no mayo or particular sauces in lieu of mayo. 2) ALWAYS ask for napkins and condiments 3) ALWAYS count your change. 4) ALWAYS taste your soda in case the ratio of syrup to carbonation is off. In their defense, when I complain about my order due to inaccuracy, they typically make the correction and apologize for inconvenience. Just over time, I acknowledge this location will have issues so I make my necessary adjustments. On this particular takeout order, I bit into my sandwich and almost spit out my bite. Something tasted off– I dissected my sandwich only to find the most pitiful chicken patty I’ve ever come across. I was expecting the thick juicy chicken fried patty but in this order it was horrible!!! Enough to where I had to take a pic. It was skinnier than my slice of tomato!!! It was skinnier than a small chicken strip from my son’s dinner. To pay $ 6+ for this sandwich is RIDICULOUS!!! Just sad… I didn’t even want to complain to their location manager for fear they may«vandalize» my next order deviously.(Maybe I’ve seen too many hidden camera footage of restaurants behind the scenes) or… Maybe I doubt human integrity, call me jaded, but I had nothing nice to say about this visit and the way I feel would not have been communicated very effectively. A mean case of hunger+anger= hangry!!! Hence, reportingy complaints here in case they research their location and want to improve on their quality control. Consider my report~ constructive criticism. Note –to –self, lower expectations. Life goes on.

This is my, probably 3rd or 4th time here, Jack does offer breakfast all day and my kid loves the jumbo platter from this franchise. Kudos Mr Box! This restaurant locates across from the Lakefront Plaza and Little Caesars, you cannot miss it. This establishment has the capacity of 50+ people; so should fit plenty of customers. I do not know how big a restaurant should be in order to be considered a full sized establishment /restaurant. There are few things that I would like to point out if you happened to be in the Lake Elsinore area and looking for Jack’s. Only two stores are located in LE(Riverside Drive and Canyon Hills Road); 3rd one if you do not mind to travel extra mile to Wildomar. Secondly, make sure you check the contents of your order once called up. Possibly third, LE is in the developmental stage; hence the wilderness in certain part of the area. Overall, the service was wonderful and the preparation was good. I go here quite often whenever I am in the area. If not this then In-n-Out. Be on the lookout, swing by to say«Hello». I come to this location probably 3 to 4 times a week everything is good on my orders are right I cannot complain Oh yeah and they’re open 24 seven the Dell taco, Taco Bell, McDonald’s, Wienerschnitzel are all close at night thank you Jack-in-the-Box for saving my midnight munchies

Wow ! I don’t know what jack in the box people are writing about to see these reviews? This place needs major work inside and out. the manager here in the mornings is NOT a good manager !! We were going here while in the area however, EVERYTIME there is something wrong with the order ! If you try to get it fixed the manager argues with you ! WTF? What kind of management training did she have? I know the area sucks for the most part and the bathrooms are used as private bathrooms /showers for the homeless or attics to use before they head out for the day. They need to watch this a lot better then they are. If this is franchise owned they need to take lessons from the one on canyon hills ! If this is corp owned? Then shame on corp, they wouldn’t allow a franchise owner to run their store like this ! If this is corp owned, you need to send someone out to observe and correct the problems or sell it to a private party as a franchise. Come on Jack !! You can do way better then this !! I suggest if you are not in a big hurry to eat go to any of the others within 10 min of here…

Nice people BAD food… Due to improper management over the years this particular store seems to be always understaffed causing the employees to be overworked and as a result the food isn’t preparred fast enough. My experience last night was less than par, the food was old and cold, and if I could prove it… it was contaminated, giving me food poisoning today. I will definitely be calling the corporate headquarters and expressing my concerns. I dont blame the employees but I do blame the management for incompetence and neglect. If your experience was good, then great, mine… not so great. Unless things change ill never give them my business.

Pretty good for a fast food place. Jack n The Box has always had pretty decent grub. This place has friendly staff, never once had a complaint about them(can’t say that about some other places) and they’re always willing to give xtras as sides(onions, pickles, jalapenos… etc) and not just a little bit… alot! I’ll keep comin here for my late night grubbin, just can’t beat it… especially when others are closed…

The worst food ever!!! Don’t eat here period! The food all tastes like old frier grease! That’s probably because they haven’t changed they frier oil since 1984. Immediately after eating I felt sick!

I have been going to this place for 18+ years living in this area. I’ve seen employees and management come and go. For the majority of those years it was my favorite local bite to go. That is the reason for the 2 stars. Unfortunately things have gone downhill for some time now. A few years ago I noticed the management changed and a blonde haired woman took over as GM. I found this out only because of the immediate onset and repeated problems that I have had since that change. 3 out of 5 visits in the last two + years have been an issue. Food missing from order, wrong food, food they forgot to charge me for, over-charging, hidden charges, disinterested employees, etc. I’ve called corporate so many times it’s really sad. I missed the quality service I’d been accustomed to. Many months ago I had my worst customer service experience EVER in their drive through. This is a rant, but one that boggles the mind. The electronic order display was broken and they had a young woman working drive thru that could barely communicate in English. Then she insisted I wait at the menu rather than pulling up to the window while she got help. Meanwhile she got the orders wrong for the two people ahead of me so I was waiting in line… stuck between cars at the menu… for more than 25 minutes! It took another 10 minutes to get to the pickup window and I was already more than 5 minutes late getting back from my lunch break. I asked for the manager and the young woman actually refused! She said the company policy was that orders had to be placed at the menu and not the window. I insisted upon seeing the manager and eventually my request was answered by the above mentioned blonde manager when she heard her employee mouthing off to me, «What am I supposed to do ma’am? Just tell everyone else not to come get in line when you are here so you can be first ma’am?» At this point I assume that the problem will be addressed swiftly and professionally. I have never been more wrong. After telling the GM how long I had waited, the difficulties I’d had and the way I had been treated by her staff. she shrugged and said«I’m sorry ma’am. I’m the new manager and I’ve started some new ways of doing things that everyone is having trouble with.» Of course, none of that explained the problems I faced, nor did she offer any suggestion that seemed like she genuinely cared. With my lunch break spent in line I got frustrated and prepared to leave. I asked for house dressing and she gave me one. I asked for a couple more and she informs me that I have to pay for them, .35 cents each! Wide eyed and bewildered, I just shook my head and returned back to my job hungry. That being said I FINALLY went back two weeks ago. Glad to see they have hired staff that are proficient in communicating and don’t act like lip-liner ghetto queens. Not sure who manager is now but sadly, they still shorted us a chicken sandwich so I guess not everything has changed. Brave this place at your own risk.

I just want to say that the employees here are the best team I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. They are always polite and quick. They double check your orders and ask you if you had a good experience. If I hadn’t experienced this myself, I wouldn’t believe it. They are one of the only places I’ve ever called a corporate office to commend instead of complain.

Jack in the box isn’t gourmet fare, BUT it has to be clean, quick, friendly, and the food’s got to be reasonably fresh. This is one of the better JitB’s I’ve been to, and it’s conveniently located if staying near the beach/lake.

This is the worst Jack in the Box location I have ever been too, period! They ALWAYS mess up my order, the food doesn’t taste like a regular Jack in the Box and the customer service is bad! I actually got sick from eating here, and I’ve been eating fast food my whole life. –Stuffed jalapenos and tacos are drenched in oil. Like literally soaking in it. –The people in the drive thru are so rude. –French fries taste old. –They always mess up my order, either give me the wrong items or forget to put something in my bag. And when I mean they ALWAYS mess up, I mean it. There hasn’t been one experience where they get my order right. My standards for fast food are super low, but this location…*sigh*…is just disgusting.

I just wanted to Unilocal this location because their service was excellent! Hunnie and I went here a few weeks ago and the guy that helped us was super nice and friendly. Didn’t rush us to order and even asked if we had any questions. =) so 5 starts do to the great service! I got the outlaw chicken burger. It’s pretty good. The fries were more tasty here. Maybe bc of the great service? Lol Jack could have possibly changed the potatoes they used to make the fries. Good job! Bc It taste 10 times better than the old soggy fries from before. Crispier is better. Yum!
