Little Caesars Pizza

I have to say the customer service needs to improve. I called in to place a order, I had a coupon that we cut out for a day we didn’t want to cook at home. So I get on the phone and called them, a young lady answer the phone. I told her I had a coupon for 2 pizzas, order of bread, order of wings and a 2 liter soda. She said which one do you have, before I could answer she said there’s a $ 17.99 and a $ 19.99. I asked her what’s the difference, she replies «I don’t know your looking at it». I told her I only had a coupon for $ 17.99, then she says «Oh wait $ 19.99 is not in our coupons yet. Lol. What a air head. Two stars cause I like there pizza.
So I show up to pick up my order, the woman that took my order was at break. So I tell the gentle man my name for my order. He rings me up and says $ 27.99. I told him no it’s suppose to be $ 19.99, of course plus taxes. He says no it’s $ 27.99, so I told him the lady on the phone said it was $ 19.99. He says that lady’s has been working there for a long time and she wouldn’t tell me that. I told him I wouldn’t of order this, when the $ 17.99 deal was my original order, but the lady over the phone said $ 19.99 for extra toppings. I have to say this place sucks. Mr. Lil Caesars what a sorry crew you have at this location.

Yes I understand it’s little ceasers… but I never really knew anyone could be so rude and hate thier job as much as the employees there…

So we all know LC is the «Cheap Pizza» place… and they dont argue that point. For what your pay… you get a pretty decent pizza… is it mid-level…NO…high level… HELL NO… but it is a good pizza if you dont wanna wait and want something fast n hot (or warm) after you get some stuff outa Circle K right next door… and even better, there are 2 Red Boxes at the «K» so u get pizza, movie, soda n snacks and its a night…
I personally like their «Hot n Ready» pizza… cheap n good simple pizza… nothing more nothing less. The workers there have always been cool…
I love their assortment of dipping sauces, I always get the garlic butter… and they have wings, bread, and ribs…
Only prob I really have is that they dont give out parm. cheese packets (but they do have a shaker there)…
Overall, for cheap, fast, decently good pizza… stop by, get a pie or 2 n go get the soda at Circle K… and you’re set… no waiting…
Wished they delivered also…

I’m a fan of Little Caesars & I’ve had decent pizza at the LC inside the Temecula Kmart, but this place is pretty gross.
I’ve bought pizza here on the fly about 3 times, per my children’s request & I’ve been disappointed every time. It is like cardboard, skimpy toppings. You can count the stale pepperoni on it to about 15. Also, the sauce is all uneven. One side has sauce, the opposite side is dry. Same with the cheese. So you get one slice with cheese & pepperoni & another slice with just dry crust.
If you ask for parmessan cheese, they give you a dirty shaker.
They charge $ 5.55 for a large & sadly, I wouldn’t want it if it was free.
Take my advice, just don’t. Costco gives you WAY more for your buck at under $ 11

It’s cheap pizza. You can’t beat the price. Some of the workers look like they could use a good lesson in hygiene.
