Go here at least twice a month, best meatball sub around. Very kind and courteous staff and always get my order right. Thanks guys, keep it up!

Customer service is amazing here! Everyone is so friendly! One worker always goes the extra mile to make you feel welcome. I don’t remember his name but he was Hispanic. He is always smiling! The food is awesome also! Fresh and flavorful! I would take this over subway any day!

First time at this one and it was cool, I really liked it. The staff was friendly and did their job well, can’t wait to be back! The shore points make a difference as well, the free sandwich every once in a while is a nice +, and all the sandwiches are good

This place is absolutely disgusting. I waited in a huge line to end up paying over 30 dollars for a nasty full size sub and a Cesar wrap. For how much they charge I expected a way better quality than what they provided for me. My boyfriends sandwich was extremely dry and my Cesar wrap was drenched with Cesar dressing. I will never be going back and I’m sticking with subway ! Million times better.

Came in on sunday and was immediately greeted by all 3 friendly staffs. They all had a big smile on their faces kinda made my day. Their service was very fast and efficient, great group of kids. The restaurant was super clean and very roomy. Keep up the good work and great attitude.

I have been eating at Jerry Mike’s since the built one in Hawthorne on Hawthorne Blvd. however, this location is sub standard. Not enough staff, nor the same quality. From the bag of corn you get in the bottom of your bread, way to much juice that saturate and the wait because most times there’s only two people. One on grill and one on the line, including the register. Way to pricey for the substandard food and service.

All I can say is… num num num. Ok, now that I have the killer sub out of my face. I moved back to California from… Jersey, 5 years ago. I used to work for a bakery that delivered their bread back in the day, so I know Jersey Mike’s very well. And I have to say, this California branch of Jersey Mike’s is on the money. Great food, great employees. Love it. Join the club and ya get freebies too. Just sayin. So glad you guys came to town.

Pretty good. But a little pricey. Also if they want better business, they should have better customer service.

Stopped in on the drive back home to LA. The guy who helped us was engaging and had a great energy. Our sandwiches were really good! I strongly recommend this a place!

My office went here for lunch today. I wanted a warm roast beef sandwich with grilled onions. They refused to toast my sandwich because it’s a «cold sandwich» yet had no problem putting hot grilled onions on the«cold sandwich.» To add insult to injury they didn’t put any cheese on the sandwich either. I went to a Jersey Mike’s in Austin, TX and they had no problem changing my «cold roast beef sandwich» to a «hot sandwich.» Not this one, not changing the pre-established menu items. Nice customer service and flexibility, Lake Elsinore Jersey Mike’s. You lost a customer today.

I like this jersey mikes. Hate the intersections to get there but I always love my wrap or sandwich when I leave. The people are helpful and friendly. One of my favorite jersey mikes.

I think they have great sandwiches! Italian, Mike’s way is on point! Also love their pepper relish, it’s delicious. I have also had their cheese steak and it’s good as well.

Tried this place out about a month ago. I don’t generally get cravings for subway type sandwiches, but had one that day. Had read about Jersey Mike’s on Unilocal, seen good things, and… should have gone to Subway. The service was ok, nothing special, but very acceptable. The problem was the food. I ordered an Italian Sandwich. First item: the bread was not very fresh, a bit stale and on the harder side. The meats and other fillings were ok, but on the skimpy side. I would like to see Lake Elsinore get a decent sandwich shop, but this one is not it, for now. Hopefully it will improve. I will keep an eye on the reviews.

I must say this just to be fair. I have been to a few Jersey Mikes. This location is no different than others. Service is the same as most places. They might say hi when you walk in they might not. Here they did not. My partner stood in line as I looked for a clean table. That did not happen as all the table’s were dirty. I had to ask them to do their job and clean a table for us. Poor service you ask me. Now for the food. I feel they charge too much for their subs. I mean really subway is cheaper with what I think is better quality, more topings, and less price. I had a Philly cheese stake sub and the meat was not good but not bad. For the price I expect better quality and a taste I can tell my friends about. I can not do that here. Up the quality or lower your prices I might come back. At this point I was not in wow and will not return here.

Sometimes things just don’t work the way you want them to… ie; the government, where my dog chooses to go potty and apparently Jersey Mike’s :( My first time here the wait was so painfully numbing that with just two people in line I thought I was in for a root canal… turns out they write your order down in front of you, have you stand there to watch them do all but what they wrote down, then charge you… booo. However, once the crew of four(one cuts the meat, one dresses the sandwich with very limited goodies, one wraps the thing in paper and then one rings you up) gave me the correct subs I took them home and my bf and I mowed those things like a starved horse in an alfalfa field. Everything was great, the kicker… the flipppin so soft bread that was basically chewy, but good chewy because in this case chewy is good :) I craved this silly sub, I went out of my to pick one up for myself so super excited about the bread etc… Now I just left there, came hone to hopefully eat another chewy sub with great meats and guess what… ROCKSOLID bread, barely any turkey and hard cheese… booo :(super bummed by this inedible waste of time and money, it went in the trash… yep, whole thing… totally bummed like a bum… not going for a third try… consistency is key.
