Being a partner is is sad to see how poorly partners are treated at other locations. Visited grape street this evening and I just got the worst customer service! The gentleman at the window didn’t greet me, didn’t trying connecting with me and didn’t even say goodbye or anything after he gave me my drink. I literally waited for about 45 seconds and still nothing. I’ve been here
Before and I have had good experience with some of the other partners. But he was just awful.

Baristas who work hard and know how to do their job proficiently and with a smile. Very helpful and generally interested in making your coffee experience the best you’ve ever had. They couldn’t accept tips for vons policy’s but now they can but their customer service skills have not changed. They have a strong passion for their customers. My fav kiosk

I would never buy from this Starbucks before but in the past few weeks I’ve seen a BIG change. It’s cleaner, much more organized and the staff looks more professional.
I asked one of the baristas of something had changed and she said they were under new management. So kudos to the new manager.
