Well I waiting only 3 days to get my $ 70 waist trainer. I didnt mind paying so much because I wanted a GOOD quality item. When I recieved it however, the package was help together with one piece of tape which I found very odd. Then when I opened it, there was SAND in the package. Once again: WEIRD! But honestly I was just happy it arrived. So I took it out of the sand covered package and tried it on. It didn’t fit me AT ALL!!! I am a size 7, so to be safe I ordered a size 8 – 10. It only fit around HALF my waist!!! I didn’t think it could get any worse because now I know I have to return it. So I look at the exchange policy and it was VERY unclear WHERE to send it back to. Do I send it to the address of the place? Or do they have a different address for returns. THEN it said print out the «return form» at the bottom of the page BUT THAT WASN’T THERE EITHER!!! My last hope was that I could call the business and explain to them my problem, so I did. Although I called 4 times in the correct hours they are opened NO ONE ANSWERED! Then it went to voicemail and the answering machine was very short and unorganized. And to top it all off, no one had checked the messages so their inbox was full I COULDN’T EVEN LEAVE 1 MESSEGE. I have to say this whole proccess of buying from Swan Coast was HORRIBLE.
