Worst McDonald’s ever! Every time I go here, poor service! The head manager Sivette Ramsey is rude and talked down to me and a few other customers. Every time I visit it seems like she takes her bad mood on us. She is completely unprofessional, it’s not pleasant seeing her. The store is always dirty, I can never find a place to sit. The only time McDonald’s is pleasant is when I see that she is not working. Send her away.

WOW… I have been by here three times in the last few weeks and it has taken on a major transformation in professioanlism, customer service, and order accuracy!!! Give this place another try, I really think corporate or management may have taken our comments into consideration. Feeling really optimistic as the last few visits have been consistently positive. Really efficient! No more charges for extra sauces, generous at that! Food is perfectly hot and fresh, special requests catered to without hesitation when we ask for sundaes and sauces on the side. Thank you! Keep up the great work! Happy to revisit soon, no doubt.

Worst food I have ever got from McDonald’s I ordered 10 piece chicken nuggets and I got two new cooked ones and the rest looked old and recooked

Oh my gosh! I was in line on Friday 10−2−15 around lunch and there was a lady in front of me ordering her food and it took 3 – 4 times due to the cashier getting it wrong every time !! Even I knew what she wanted. So as usual the place is a mess and confused behind the counter, anyway after 10 min or do, I see the lady pick up her order, guess what? It was wrong ! She was missing ½ her order because the guy didn’t ring it up correct. The lady was being nice but she was frustrated because they wouldn’t correct the order… I heard who I assume to be the manager tell her to get back in line and reorder what they missed !!! Man o man I would have lost it and would have told the manager to where to go.
I have seen management here be VERY rude to the customers, and they shouldn’t get away with it. I am sure the founder would flip if he were to see this.
This McDonalds reviews are terrible, the management really needs to go to some sort of etiquette class.
It is obvious that the owner doesn’t care or is too lazy to do anything about it.
We live right by this McDonald’s and are now going to the one off of diamond Dr!!!

Every damn time I come to this McDonalds which isn’t often, they screw up everything! Thanks idiots for not giving my kids any bbq sauce for their chicken nuggets and thanks for screwing up the sides they get with the Happy meal! Drove all the way home to realize they messed up, and they don’t have a working phone number! Get your shit together, it’s not that hard!

I give this place a 3 star because the dining area is always like an icebox! They make it so uncomfortable to eat in the restaurant.

The regular employee’s here are very nice, the management however, needs a healthy course on customer service !! I have yet to see such inconsiderate and rude managers in a fast food restaurant as this Mc Donalds. I heard a lady arguing inside earlier this week and I was thinking how rude is she to come inside and complain so everyone can hear her but, after listening to her complaint she is totally right !! She should have been a little more quiet but that’s the way she is. You almost have to yell because they don’t stand and listen to you they walk away as if your not important. A friend of mine owns quite a few mc Donalds in the riverside area and his places are ALWAYS clean and the staff is friendly. I will travel the extra 1 ½ mile to the one on diamond Dr, they are very courteous there and seem to care. The owners of this place obviously don’t give a crap about the customer and if they do it doesn’t show !!
They should have someone monitoring complaints and try to minimize the damage of non returning customers…

I’ve been going here the last 3 – 4 weeks on Wed. I work 3 min away so I take my last break to go here and I usually do the receipt coupon where I get a validation code. On Wed they have Quarter Pounder for $ 2.00. Like I said I did this the last 3 weeks where I would buy 1 for $ 2.00 and receive 1 free, but this time they tried to charge me $ 5.31, the manager at the time said they couldn’t do it, that I had to pay the regular price for the sandwich after waiting in the drive thru for 12 min. I was upset and try to explain to her that this is the first time Im having a problem. She couldn’t help me and could not explain to me why I got this the last 3 or 4x… I just drove off… Well gonna try Burger King now…

Drive thru made me wait 15 min. As I write this review number 2. Extremely long wait, as a matter of fact I’m writing this review and still waiting.

The store doesn’t deserve the one star I’m giving them; this store needs new management! I ordered a medium fries that wasn’t filled half way, but did they charge me full price… Yes. I felt cheated and I’m sure I’m not the only one. I will be calling corporate and speaking to a representative about this store’s performance.

I have never received this level of mediocrity from McDonalds. First, as your about to order you can see the workers pulling patties out of warming trays. That is enough to make you question what you are willing to eat. Second, I have been here 4 times and 3 times my order was incorrect. Third, I must have gotten a patty that was old or sitting in the warmer all day because it tasted stringy and rubbery. I returned my food, it took 10mins for two people to do a refund. Fourth, the worst of all, on our way in my fiancé found heroin paraphernalia near the door. Based on the service and my experiences I will NEVER return.

Worst fucking McDonalds ever. Everytime I go here, they always forget something! God how incompetent can you be. Corporate needs to regulate on this location because all these workers are idiots.

I think they’re alright. I always go to this mcdonalds for easy fast food. Their drive-​tru is quick, fast, and nice customer service.

so this is the second time I have ordered from this mc Donald’s and it seems they can’t get a order… how hard is 3 unsweetened ice tea’s???

I come here for lunch a few times a week. The food is always good and the drivethru is extremely fast. This location is popular for locals to have lunch.

Unprepared. 24 hour drive through, that was a joke. It looked like no one was there and the order box was off. Drove through and looked like one person was barely setting up. Door says open at 530, door was locked and saw one more worker go in and door locked behind him. Decided to just leave instead of wasting more time.

I came to the store just to get hot water. I was fine for being charged but to give me a cup only half way full is unacceptable. The cashier was doing a good job but the rudeness from the short hair manager makes me to never want to go here ever. I used to be a McDonald manager. I would never treat my customer like this.

Beware they charge .50 cents more for small coffee because you buy coffee in evening but they advertise the small coffee on their value menu. It is not about the money is about principal. I know i not coming to this mc Donald’s ever again.

This McDonalds has horrible customer service. They have messed up my order a few times and one time I asked the guy handing me my food where were my drinks he mumbled oh shit. I guess they hire just anyone
