Worst T-​Mobile store ever! I would rather drive to the next damn state than ever come here again. First of all these employees do not care about the customer because every time I would go in they would on their phones or just talking to each other (and once they finish they come see what you need). Second, the biggest issue I had with them is the fact they screwed us over and when I went to try and fix it, the store manager and other employees just clearly did not give a damn about the problem. The problem was that my brother took his broken iPhone 6 to the store and pay the $ 175 fee in order to get a new one. His iPhone was already paid off and they started suggesting he JUMP to a new phone but he kindly said no. They told us we can pay the insurance fee and get the phone that day so we thought it was sweet. For some reason they ended up charging him for the insurance and JUMPing my brother to the same damn iPhone so even though we paid it off we are being charged again. My brother lives out of state so I was shocked to look at the bill and see a fee for another iPhone. Now the 14 days buyers remorse expired, but I wanted to know how can they do such a thing since it’s a dumb thing to do. When I went back to the store the rude store manager basically said the 14 days are up I can’t do anything. So I tried calling customer service and tried finding a solution on what to do and they asked me to get the districts manager number. When I called the store the store manager told me our old iPhone wasn’t paid off and I told him I had proof it was and he just said oh well he shouldn’t have been able to jump but the paperwork is filed you can’t do anything about it. Now I’m left to pay another $ 500 dollars for another iPhone because we trusted that they were doing their job. I just cannot wait to switch companies because I feel ripped off and T-​Mobile is doing nothing, but say they’ll solve it and nothing happens!

Worse customer service go the one off of murrieta hot springs! These employees don’t take the time to figure out what’s wrong with your phone, all they want is $$$$$$$$.

Customer service worst than horrible. Walked into store and after talking with a representative for a couple of minutes I said to myself he most be a Tech person not a customer service person because he is differently not a people person. I was wrong on both counts because he was not a very good Tech person either. I gave it another shot and went in a second time, unbelievable same thing. Now I’m on my way to the Menifee store.

First of all, how professional is it for the associates to be using their phone while they’re trying to talk to you? More so they were using Snapchat while talking to us! How professional is this?! Im always disappointed with this store…

went in to get a sim card for an older phone I had. since the phone I had I did not like anymore. well I did not expect a 15 dollar charge for it since my sister has done it before free of charge but I guess the computer kept kicking us off to process the payment and dude said your good man. wow. so I went on my way talked to my wife and she needed a new phone. well we went back later spoke to the same gentlemen joe I think his name was I could be wrong, but he got us into 2 new lg stylus’and bought back my blackberry for way more than I thought. awesome experincce all these negative comments. everybody always wants to point out the bad when things don’t go their way. sorry but these people have a job to do get over it!!!

These people literally stole from me. I went in to pay my bill, gave the guy 150 dollars cash and he never paid my bill. I usually have a payment confirmation number sent to me in the form of a text but I was in a big rush and didn’t even realize that I was never sent my confirmation text until my phone exchange was shut off a week later. When I called in they said there was no record of my payment being processed nor what their deposit over for the day, which leads me to believe only one thing, that man stole my money. When I spoke to the manager he refused to give me the employees name or his district managers number. He was very rude to me and I never received a call back from anyone representing that store, they literally didn’t care. When I got t mobile corporate involved, the rep assigned to resolve issue and two other corporate reps said it was the WORST STORE THEY’VE EVER TRIED TO DEAL WITH. I was with t mobile for over 6 years and yesterday I left the company to sign with at&t. And that is 100% the fault of this store. Do not shop here these people are literally stealing from customers. Customer service couldn’t even deal with these people.

4 stores later, this was the ONLY store that was able to exchange my Galaxy S6. Friendly and made sure I left happy. Thanks Leo and Kiara!

Worst day ever because of this store. My husband and I came in to add a brand new line to my account. You would think that it would be simple and easy and we would be done in 30 mins or so. Not the case.
First of all this is not a corporate TMobile. They are a reseller store. They get paid on what products they sell not on the actually service.
My husband wanted a phone that was a 951 area code. They said he has to be assigned to a 858 number first and then they can switch to an 951. Well instead of switching the 858 number to 951, they switched my number to the 951. So now my phone number doesn’t work. When I asked george what happened, they said TMobile did it wrong. He said he would get it fixed right away.
My husband didn’t like the fact that the messed up the number and there was other various problems (pushing sales we didn’t want, employees checking out girls from across the street and ignoring customers, loud music in the store that you couldn’t hear what anyone was saying) so he decided to take back the phone and give his business to a different TMobile store.
In the mean time I called customer service to make sure the problem was solved with my phone and they said that nothing was in the works to get my number changed, even though George said he took care of it.
Back at the store, the «manager» literally laughed in my husbands face for asking for his phone back and refusing to pay restocking fee. Him and George went into the back room to call the general manger. They spent a while back there and they came back and didn’t say a word or look at my husband. Just started typing on the computer in front of him. My husband then asked what was going on and he said we aren’t charging you the stocking fee in a snappy attitude. Gave us our receipt and then left.
Now we are ready to go find another TMobile store and all of a sudden my phone has NO SERVICE. They cancelled my phone when my husband returned his phone.
I have now gone to an actual TMobile store in menifee and 4 ½ hours later. Both my husband and I have my phone but I still have to wait till Monday to get my phone back because of the mess this store made on my account.
Moral of the story: don’t go here. There is a real TMobile store in menifee off Newport that will treat you right!

IF 0 was an option they would get it. Beware take your business elsewhere. There assistant manager Lenardo Haywood should be fired. He probably will be soon. He hangs up on costumers and do not let him touch your phone he has 2 left hands.
They tell you they are applying Zagg products to your phone although Zagg has confirmed these are not their. If you choose t-​mobile take the trip to the promenade at Temecula where you will be treated well at the t-​mobile on the 2^nd floor of the mall.
They deal wwith many of Leo’s screw up. Also beware o saleman with a grey iphone 6 who is short with a mustache slimy. Rememer the name Lenardo Haywood aqnd run.

I have been here a few times and it’s the worst customer service. I came in to add two lines and was assure my monthly payment would be a certain amount and then it was something different. I go back and the guy says ‘oh yea but that’s not including this and this and this’ I was like idiot why did you not tell me about those fees when I got the service! Plus I’m kinda regretting tmobile because they come up with a whole bunch fees they didn’t tell you at the beginning and I got the insurance which I was told was for any accident I had with my phone and it’s pretty much useless, so I’m just gonna use the warranty apple gives with it’s products. I hate the lies they tell you just so you get there service. Two thumbs down!

I came here looking to get away from Verizon and wanted more information on a promotion that tmobile has where they will pay your contract cancellation fees. Steve gave me all the answers I needed and got me switched into a plan that works for me with my same phone number and the same phone I had traded in. I paid nothing out of pocket. Steve is one of the friendliest and helpful people I have ever encountered, he was very patient when I asked the same questions twice and even helped me to make sure I got everything off my old phone onto my new phone. I have never experienced this level of excellent customs service whenever I had to deal with Verizon. If you’re stuck with Verizon and thinking of switching I recommend tmobile! I love having a brand new iPhone 5c with unlimited data! And Steve was awesome, he deserves a raise :)

My husband needed a new phone after a rough chargers game lol. Went in and chad helped us. He was professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. We had a great experience. All the staff there that day were awesome.

My husband and I went into this location recently looking to possibly purchase the new Samsung Galaxy S4 and re-​evaluate our current plan. We are normally really skiddish about purchasing new phones or getting out of a plan that has been working for us. We called before coming in and spoke to Leo, who was AMAZING! He gave us so much information about the phone and the plans, which made us come in. We came in and sat down with him and he was so honest and patient with us and answered all our questions. We ended up going on the JUMP plan and got two S4’s financed into our plan, which Leo showed us that overall by doing this, we would end up saving more money than what we were paying on our original contract. We were super excited about this and appreciated his efforts. He treated us with personal care and even helped us set up our phones because we were lost. The transition was flawless and we love our phones! Chad, who also worked there was really awesome too even though Leo was helping us… he chimed in here and there as well. Great team!!! What I loved the most was that Leo treated us like we were family, the personal attention was unforgettable and will be remembered! I work in Customer Service so I know how important these reviews are and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves! :)
