Target

We spent a lot of money here at Target today but I gave the store one star because of their restrooms. They were so dirty. I’ll never go back. I just can’t believe the store doesn’t have people that check the restrooms. Well they list my business.

This Target is okay. They have the older carts, and today when I went in there weren’t very many carts available. A woman next to me mentioned it to the Customer Service girls and one of them yelled over to her, «Don’t even talk to me about this… we know.» Well all righty then.
When I was checking out there weren’t enough cashiers (something I usually only have to deal with at Walmart), and by the time I got up to the register the girl checking me out was just throwing my stuff in the bags. She took a card I was buying and threw it down in the bag, then she took some canned stuff and threw that in on top of the card. I had to stop her, and she said, «Oh look the card bent.»
When I went out to the parking lot a young man was gathering carts… verrrry slowly. He did not look very happy to be out gathering carts. I have some advice for him… be happy you have a job!!! Oh well, not like I won’t be back, but sometimes I just shake my head at these young people and their laziness.

It’s still the best retail available in Elsinore, but man is this Target awful. There are many sections with things out of place, out of stock, and thrashed. I’ve never seen a Target so messy! I will continue to shop here, because hey… its Target… But they really need to step it up!

Employees seem rude. They don’t even greet you or at least smile. Or even thank you when they give you your receipt. They seem like they don’t enjoy their jobs. Restrooms are disgusting. They could at least mop the floors. This store could use some improvements in customer service and cleanliness.

Does not price match their own website… Store not prepared for cyber monday orders… Poor customer service… Taking orders eventhough the product is not physically on the store… Not buying stuff here anymore…

Came here with my boyfriend last night to pick up some makeup wipes. Clean, efficient cashiers, and it was a good Target. I loved the parking lot! It was huge! Did not have trouble finding parking at 8PM. Might have also been due to the fact that it was Halloween night, though.

I used to come to this store a lot but I haven’t in several years. I made it as far the popcorn stand but from what I could see it was orderly, not busy at all, and the cashier that helped me was patient since I couldn’t make up my mind since it was a last minute decision to run in and out for some popcorn. mmmm mmmm mmmm

It never fells. Every time I visit this Target there are no electric carts available or the batteries are to low to shop. I have gotten stuck in the back of the store with a dead battery. I wonder if they’re in #ADA compliance. I have brought this is to several members of the management time. I guess it’s time to start an #ADA boycott or law suit.

I love target. It also helps that this one is down the st from my house. & for the most part clean. I just wish they would stock their items more. Last week I had an amazing cashier who went out of her way to get me a coupon and was the perfect persona of customer service. Today I had a horrible experience with the cashier Jamie. So unprofessional, slow and had no sense of urgency. I don’t think I’ve ever been this irritated after leaving a target.

Kristen is the store manager at this location and she renewed my faith in great customer service! Thank you so much for truly living up to the word excellence!

Excellent customer service at this Target location. Bright, clean, big selections. I special order an iron supplement for my son at the pharmacy and they’re always so prompt and helpful. Especially love their Starbucks staff! Exceptional and genuinely kind customer service everytime! My son loves their new cookie straws at Starbucks, too. Last visit I redeemed my lucky dozen free drink AND my free birthday beverage! Thank you, Starbucks and Target!

It’s a very clean Target… but there are not a lot of selections to choose from. They are very limited and basic. I would have to travel to the one in Murrieta to have a lot more selections.

Let me start off by saying I came in here to exchange A movie and I was being assisted by an employee by the name of Joni first off she came at me really rude when she was told that I wanted to exchange a movie I had the receipt and everything in original packaging. I asked if it was fine to go get the same movie again since the original one was scratched she said yes go ahead so I grab the new movie go back to the customer service area and Joni continues assisting me with the exchange in a rude manner she hands me one of the movies back no exchange receipt was given to me seemed strange so I go in my car she handed me the same exact movie I brought into exchange I go back inside ask for the manager because Joni starts arguing with me the manager and her start being rude asking me in a rude tone of voice «what is that you need » ! What’s wrong with this !” Why do you want a new movie ” ! And I explain to her what just happened that I came in to exchange a movie because the one that got sold to me was scratched and Joni her employee gave me the same movie back and so she has me go grab another movie and finally gives me the new one but really this Joni employee had to be rude about just exchanging a damn movie it’s sad that she’s in a customer service position treating people like crap I’m really not even bothered by a ten dollar movie I’m more upset at the fact that this lady really had to take her anger out on me and other customers other than this situation the store is great but really they need to work on there customer service. This is a long review but hopefully it helps others to avoid being treated like crap by this horrible employee.

One reason and one reason only I love target so much is because they price match Amazon prime so as your shopping I’m on my phone searching Amazon prime and saving anywhere between 30 and $.55 and that it’s a normal target clean good service

Your completely average target experience is what you’ll get here I’ve come into contact with some very help full people but usually no one goes out of their way with a hello or anything

This target has a really great snack bar consisting of a Starbucks and Pizza Hut. That have a great selection of books, movies, and music plus about half of the store is clothes. I hiss what I’m trying to say is that they are well stocked you should try this target.

Even though this isn’t a Super Target, it’s still a large Target w/​a good selection of products. The staff is friendly and does a good job of keeping the store clean & the aisles free of litter & misplaced items.
Another plus is that this location has a Starbucks & sells Pizza Hut items in their snack bar. The highlight for me is that they have the best popcorn. :)

As stated before I have seen better produce and groceries at the Murrieta target, but the LE target is a step in the right direction. Employees here are very nice, very helpful, and overall you feel just less anxiety shopping here then Walmart on grape street. They do tend to have some good deals, as of lately, buy this, get $ 5 gift card or buy this get this free. I tend to buy 4 of everything when it comes to toiletries, just do not like going out shopping, and a lot of times with the toiletries section they have some good deals. Glad this store is in LE, hope they stay and yes I am a fan of Target.

Target always has every item I need plus the prices are amazing and totally worth it
They also returned an item I had the other day with no receipt which makes me feel like they treat every customer like a loyal customer even though I spend thousands every year here at the store I still really appreciate when they go above and beyond customer service

Love this particular Target!!! I have been to many all over and this one by far has the best cashiers! The store itself is usually pretty clean and orderly, but could stand to have a little bit more love!!! HOWEVER, the cashiers make up for what the store lacks in looks… lol!
I love shopping here and prefer this store to the one in Menifee and Hemet!
