I was staying at my friends house and an Artistic Maintenance dude helped me jump-​start my car! I mean HELLOOOO way to help a damsel on distress! Lol. But he was super friendly and helpful!
And seriously if this is how they treat the people in the neighborhood, I can only imagine how amazing their landscaping is! By the looks of my friends neighborhood though, they take great pride in their work! Sexy plants and well maintained streets! Ooh la la!

1) Their staff makes internal resource and personnel issues their clients issues. I do not care what your companies issues are, I am paying a service and you are supposed to deliver that service. FAIL. I hired you instead of my own staff because I DON’T WANT TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH EMPLOYEES DIRECTLY.
2) They over-​commit and under deliver. «yes, we’ll address that» and their staff shows up and does exactly what they were asked not to.
3) Communication issues.
