Yuri helped me out when I lost my 800 dollar danish «Blac» glasses. I ordered them online from him and he went out of his way to get the glasses to me in El Paso. He even texted me pictures of them and sent them on 2-​day UPS to my apartment. Outstanding customer service. One of the only high-​end retail glasses guys online. Will order from him again.

I was looking for great looking eyeglasses for long time, then I found blink optical. I did find exactly what I am looking for and more (I did buy two frames). The staff are very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I definitely will recommend them to anyone as I will be a long time customer. Their location is relatively far (about an hour drive) but it is well worth it.

Recommended a relative stop by to see if a repair could be done… she was in Lake Forest and not near home… and found them incredibly dismissive and rude, not bothering to even look at the damaged frame. Clearly, new customers and a small repair is not high priority with them, but graciousness never goes out of style.
