So something went wrong with EAT24APP. It was pointing to this place but when I would confirm the order was being shot to another location. I tried ordering it 2x. It didn’t go through, so I did phone order. I told the girl everything I wanted: Giant Italian Sub, Mike’s Way. Heavy on the lettuce and mayo. And pickles. I pre paid it and told her that my husband will be picking it up. I also requested if I can have 2 ice water with lids for my kids, 2 plates, and napkins. She said okay. I told her that I was NOT the one picking it up because I’m very pregnant and that my husband will be getting the one getting the sandwich. She understood. And I asked when it would be ready… and she said 15min. Well… my husband got there. Sandwich was ready. But my other request was not… ;(so I went in… I saw 1 girl and ask if she took my order. She said yes. And I was like… is it okay to ask for water cups with lids for my boys. She said no… Oh?!? That’s not what you told me over the phone… and then with her grumpy face… she gave me 2 cups… I wish people will just listen. If that request could not be accomodated. Then that’s fine. Speak up about it! Anyways. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from this place. Customer service sucks. There are 3 other Jersey Mike’s that use EAT24, and I like that app because you can write your request in. And they even have a section where u can ask for condiments. I talked to her directly and had some special request but I don’t think they were too complicated. The sandwich was meh. Kinda too salty. I think they dropped the salt shaker on my sandwich today.

I’ve only been here a hand full of times however this experience was so good. The sandwich artists were so friendly and really helpful in making My decision. Dave in particular was super friendly and personable. He great made going in for a sandwich into a whole experience. I got the sandwich home and it was better than expected. The pastrami was delicious. I think my new favorite sandwich. I’d recommend this place to people looking for a great sub.

While I don’t like coming here, my husband craves their big Kahuna cheese steak every so often and drags me along. It is his favorite sub shop and the large size is really enough for two meals or to share, though usually is he’s hungry he can eat it all in one sitting. Prices are high, but given that the quality is better than other sandwich chains and that they send out coupons if you join their online club it helps with the prices a bit. Service is nice and the line moves fairly quickly, if it makes my husband happy, it’s a ok with me.

Today it was about a 3.75 star affair. The place isn’t as nicely located or clean as the one in Laguna Woods(also on El Toro). They have duct tape holding their toilet lid together. And I’m not sure it’s a «short-term solution». Enough said… The ITALIANSUB was packed full of the various meats so there wasn’t any cost-cutting going on. They had some good ones included but a spicy capicolla would’ve added some interest for sure. And a mortadella or prosciutto wouldn’t hurt either. I know the Laguna Woods adds some of that action. As it were it was loaded with thin ham as I recall more than anything. Additionally, I normally love the«Mike’s Way» at Laguna Woods but here you can’t even tell they added red wine vinegar(or «barely, barely» can tell). It appears my quest for an amazing Italian grinder(like the East Coast) in the OC is about as tough as finding an amazing Jewish Deli with a thick, moist, juicy pastrami sandie.

Came here last night for the first time. My husband and I got the supreme sub. It was very good. Not too many people there on a Tuesday night. Prices aren’t too bad since they freshly cut the meats when you order. However, my issue is that they don’t seem very sanitary. They lay the sandwich bread straight onto the countertop. Which I’m sure they wipe down with the same rag that they wipe down all the rest of the counters. Then the knife that they use to cut the sandwich is eight next to the register. Like right next to it. When the cashier gave me my receipt to sign, I almost placed it right on the knife without realizing. Super easy to get germs and spread them like that. Because of this, I probably won’t be back to this location. Definitely need to be more mindful and sanity for me to come back.

Every time I go to Jersey Mikes the service and quality of food are always impeccable. I have never been disappointed, they always get me through the line quickly even when it is busy.

Absolutely incredible sandwich! I stopped and grabbed a classic Italian sandwich on white bread to take to my girl for lunch and it too much for on person to consume so I took half for myself after dropping lunch off to her at school. Took my half home and ate ¼ and was full. Best sandwich this side of the Mississippi for sure. For sure generous portions for the price.

Superb customer service! I couldn’t be happier with my catering order. Adam took great care of me. I put in a catering order for 14 boxed lunches for my office. Adam was so accommodating as a few of my coworkers had some special requests. When I picked up my order, all of the boxed lunches were labeled with each of my coworkers’ names. Fast. Efficient. Superb service. Excellent sandwiches. My office was so happy. Thank you Jersey Mike’s Subs!

Came in to check it out since we’d never been there before but expecting something not too different from Subway. This place is WAY better than subway! There is actually flavor to their food. I ordered the supreme club and bf ordered the philly cheesesteak, which are both pretty darn good, but I think I’ll be ordering the cheesesteak next time too. They fresh slice their meat and cheese when you order, just like a deli, and their bread is super soft. They don’t have olives, which would be awesome but oh well, won’t stop me from coming back. The only thing is is you order«Mikes way», plan to eat in. They add a bunch of oil and vinegar(which is delicious) but will get very soggy if you take it to go.

Well went here and pleasantly surprised. Didn’t run into the rude men referred to, two young women working. Couldn’t believe how fresh sandwich was. All meat and cheese sliced while I waited. Had the Italian. Couldn’t believe how they poured on the vinegar and oil then oregano. Very delicious. Much more meat than subway or togos. Only 4 stars as lack of variety for toppings, not sure that’s important. Have tomato onion pickles jalapeños lettuce. Kind of used to bell peppers and black olives ala subway style. Will return.

So I enter this Jersey Mikes and the first thing I noticed is that the line is all messed up and everybody seemed lost and confused. EVERYBODY! The employees and the customers! The orders were taken out of order. The employees aka the 3 stooges were dazed and confused! All 3 of them were very shy and quiet. The middle girl had 2 subs and was just standing there doing nothing for a long time while they tried to figure out whos sub should be made first. So anyways I ordered the Jersey Shore’s Favorite. I’ve had this many times at other Jersey Mikes, and I know how it should be. I always get it «Mikes way» And let me tell you. This is not Mikes way! It’s more like Michelles way or something There was almost no spices on it, and hardly any olive oil or vinegar. It was very dry and pretty much only the middle of the sub had anything on it.

Came in to order a quick sandwich and I was shocked on how bad the customer service was… the big Hispanic male employee was rude and seemed annoyed he had to make a sandwich… never gonna go back for a over priced regular sub with slice of bad attitude again No star

Food is ok… if passing by & in desperate need of a sub sandwich, I would probably eat here again. However, the employees aren’t very welcoming or friendly. My last visit was a lunch run for myself & co-workers. Half of them had mistakenly ordered from a different location; which of course I hadn’t realized until I attempted to pick up the food. The man behind the counter looked at me like I was crazy when I told him the names on the orders & got super defensive with me over it for some strange reason. As I am fairly new to the area, I looked at their confirmations and asked him to confirm the address I was at; he couldn’t even tell me. He had to look at a menu for the address, then didn’t even say«oh no, you’re at the wrong place»…He just kind of halfheartedly tossed the menu on the counter & pointed at the address. It was just weird & kind of unnecessarily rude. My visits before haven’t been quite as bad as the last, but every time none of the employees really look or act thrilled to helping customers. There is another Jersey Mike’s about a mile up El Toro and everyone at that location is extremely friendly. Not quite sure what the deal is here but they should really work on that.

I’ve been to this specific Jersey Mikes a few times before my last visit. Let’s just say I won’t be returning. The two men working were horrifyingly rude. Every question you asked you felt like you were annoying them when it is there job to listen to what you would like. After all of this I was paying for my food and the guy checking me out handed me my sandwiches and another bag saying«here’s a bag to put your food in»… I’m almost positive another part of your job would be to put my food together In a bag for me if its TOGO. Absolutely ridiculous.

I enjoy sandwiches. Sometimes I just get a loaf of bread, a pack of Kraft American cheese singles and some prepackaged turkey meat and just go to town for a straight week. So when I go to Jersey Mikes, it’s definitely a treat me. Out of the sandwich chains, I think my ranking goes like this: Jersey Mikes, Togos, Quiznos then Subway. I think the ingredients are fresher at JM’s and the sandwiches offered are more unique. You can see them slicing the meat and cheese right in front of you. This JM is pretty on par with other stores. Got the Big Kahuna Cheesesteak, which is a jalapeño philly cheesesteak. Tasted pretty delicious. A little heavy on the jalapeño and a little light on the steak. But overall it was a pretty good sandwich. Clean store with a couple of tvs so you can Keep up with the Kardashians while enjoying a roast beef sandwich. Enjoy stuffing your face at Jersey Mikes!

They heat up the meat on the hot sandwiches on the grill vs subway that heats it up in the microwave. The white bread here is better than the wheat bread hot sandwiches. The wheat bread tastes a bit flaky and dry. Too many jalapeños not enough meat. I feel like I’m eating a jalapeño sandwich. I love cheese steaks but I wouldn’t get this sandwich again or maybe it’s just this location? I’ve been to other Jersey Mikes and have enjoyed my sandwich more. Big kahuna vs the original Italian… Verdict… Get the original Italian. Happy Sandwiching!!!
