Warren, the owner, as well as his staff are amazing. Very detail oriented and careful with your furniture. They have been doing my carpets for many years, always happy with them. Warren used to install carpet so he knows his stuff and can do repair work.
He helped me out one year when my daughter left the water running and flooded my 1^st floor. Saved my carpet (whole thing was saturated) loaned me Comercial fans to dry us out (cement slab too) sprayed Microban everywhere so no mold! Got me new padding and re stretched and tacked down my carpet a few weeks later when I was all dry.
He did all this with a call of panic and was at my house in an hour (not what I expected nor his norm, I just got real lucky).
He saved my carpet and sanity! He truly cares about hus customers.
I am also happy wirh his prices! I have had quotes for hundreds of dollars and quotes for pennies, I always go with middle of the road pricing ad you do get what you pay for as well as amazing customer service!
